Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles or Pre-cast Cement concrete tiles single layer on roof, jointed and grouted/pointed in cement mortar including cleaning serviceable tiles and stacking properly for reuse, disposal of unserviceable tiles and debris/rubbles from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position including any type of roof treatment , PCC padding, lime concrete, mud etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: All demolished material / debris will be disposed off out side the Air force station Nal with out any extra cost to the govt. Contractor should arrange dumping site to dispose off material.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs, sloping padding in roof slab or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound pidi proof LW @ 200ml per 50Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions on concrete surface of roof and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based modified 5 layered prefabricated water proofing polymeric membrane over roof consisting of cleaning of concrete or plastered surface of roof and applying evenly a bitumen primer confirming to IS 3488 @0.3 kg per sqm followed by a tack coat @1.20 kg per sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen over it laid with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weighing 3kg per sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric (wt. not less than 170 gms/sqm) unrolled and bonded to substrate with longitudinal and end laps 100mm as per manufacturer's instruction, and including taking the APP membrane will be required where the parapet wall exceed 45cm for carrying over and taking into parapet walls, cut out neatly a horizontal groove 6.5 cm deep, 7.5 cm wide section with lower edge at not less than 15 cm above the graded roof surface and groove shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:4 with WPC where the parapet wall height is 45cm or less no grove will be required as the water proofing treatment will be carried over the top of parapet wall to its full thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor 20mm thick Pre-cast Cement concrete tiles 1:2:4 type B0,(using 10 mm to 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), with grey cement & no pigment machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in cement mortar 1:3, including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified .

M&L for Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge such as in steps & platform etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 4.80 mm thick sheet glass of size n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane ordinary quality plain /tinted and including glazing with suitable rubber beads etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Toughened glass 10mm thick as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and windows and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required also including all necessary wall to glass hinge, glass to glass hinges, wall to glass connector, floor clamp, stabiliser rod with knobs, steel handle plastic parts complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone/concrete walls /ceiling incl racking out joints etc,hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc & dispose off debris upto a distance n exc.500 mtrs where directed complete all as specified and directed. Note -Rate are applicable upto four storey height including all scaffolding work.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers i.e. 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 in first layer and 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with approved water proofing compound on top layer,on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.).

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in Including spreading, levelling. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for tiba sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured.

S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing serviceable LT/HT Cable and water Pipe line with fittings and re-route the cable or Pipe at another location including extra cable or pipe of existing size and fittings, fixtures and cable joints as per site requirement with complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, returning / filling will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L for bus bar chamber cubical inclined top out door type made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet of size minimum size 600 x 450 x 450 mm, MS angle section 35 x 35mm x 5mm frame with front and back openable double door with provision of locking arrangement dust & varmin proof , gasket, TPN busbar shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on proper insulator, gland, welding hinges of dust proof duly powder coated inside and outside of bus bar chamber with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel grey paint including aluminum busbar fixed horizontally in chamber of capacity 400 Amps for phases and 400 amps neutral for incoming and out going.(The gap between each bus bar shall be minimum 100mm ) The panel shall be suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system (suitable for 01 incomer and 06 outgoing ) and shall have MCCB 250 Amp 4 pole 36 KA as incommer, including taking out existing unsv with complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note :- (i) Earth work, PCC work and MS works shall be included in the unit qouted rate . (ii) Cable gland of brass for different size of cable as per requirement for incoming and outgoing cable

Supply and fix GI tubing light grade 80 mm bore for cable protection including taking out existing rusted GI Pipe of 50/80mm dia, with complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning hi wall split units inverter type with indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5Star rating and EER 5.0 ,electric driven single phase of capacity 2 TR with non CFC refrigerant including making electric connection with 4Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable from indoor unit to outdoor unit ,copper pipe required to connect outdoor unit and indoor unit and suitable size PVC pipe having nylon threaded reinforcement for condensed water from indoor unit to outside the bldg drain complete all specified and directed. Note : (a) Outdoor unit should be mounted on suitable size bracket embedded in the wall as recommended by the manufacturer.Rate quoted by the contractor should include the cost of all above accessories no extra payment will be made. (b) Copper condenser coil of outdoor unit necessary.

Taking out existing serviceable split AC, 2 TR capacity with indoor & outdoor unit including complete accessories and re-installed at other location with fittings , fixtures as per site requirement with testiing, commissioning complete all as specified and directed.
