Genaral Repair With Renewal of Paraspani Road to Paunatola Gadhwani Link Road

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53mm Sukrut Stone ballast size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Type-B screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen on primed surface at the rate of 0.30 kg/Sqm using manual mens as per techanical specification clause 503.

Providing Laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm & 11.2 mm aggregate either using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base. Including mixing in a suitable plant or mixol laying and rolling with a three wheels 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grade.

Providing and laying of seal coat type "C" sealing the voids in a bitumens surface laid to the specified levels,using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen grade V.G.-10 as per techinical Specification Clause 510.(Including cost of bitumen)

Earthwork on Patari ordinary soil excavation to be the form of regular pit not exceeding 1/2 meter in depth and e/w in embankment to be in 20cm layers,i/c ramming/rolling and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5m lift and 30 m lead. the earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m distance as directed by the E/I.
