Providing and Fitting of uPVC double glazed window units of size 4'-0" × 5'-0" (approx.), comprising factory-made uPVC frame with four shutters within the same frame, consisting of two outer shutters fitted with double glazed sealed glass units and two inner shutters fitted with steel mesh (insect screen), all shutters being side-hinged (casement type), complete with self-locking arrangement, hardware, fittings and fixtures, as per approved design and specifications, complete in all respects. The window shall include multi-chambered uPVC profiles, reinforced with galvanized steel sections where required, fitted with double glazed units consisting of two glass panes separated by a gap of more than 10 mm filled with argon gas or equivalent, properly sealed for thermal and acoustic insulation. The inner mesh shutters shall be provided with suitable frame and durable mesh material (nylon/stainless steel or equivalent) for insect protection. Filling gaps with PU foam/sealant, finishing with silicone sealant on edges, testing for smooth operation of both glass and mesh shutters and proper locking. The job shall cover the warranty period as per OEM.
