Steel tubular pole, swaged, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-55 ( 11 meter long) complete, Including disconnecting and taking out old damage any type pole all as directed . (Note:- Worn out component/ insulators / ASCR shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule.)

(b) Decanning of transformer oil , opening top cover , disconnecting of all internal connections , lifting and taking out of core assemble , LT / HT bushes, Tap changer etc ,cleaning and inspection of core and winding , segrigetion of serviceable and unserviceable items , removing of sludge and cleaning tank and cooling pipes / fins /tanks with pressure water and drying the tank complete. (c) Replacinig unserviceable LT / HT bushing by replacing rubber / cork oil seals and damage terminal rod & replacement of Transformer cover gasket of rubber cork sheet. (NOTE FOR ITEM NO 42 :- (i) Dehydration of oil and new Transformer oil shall be measured seperately . (ii) Transportation of TFR measured and paid seperately . (iii) HT & LT Busing , Tap Changer will be measured & Paid separataly. (iv) In case HV / LV Winding found damages then Contactor shall be made serviceable with new winding and the same will be measured and paid seperately. Dehydration of transformers oil minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strength up to 50 KV in 2.5 mm gap electrode including toping up of Transformer oil if required at site . Note: (i) Dehydration of transformer oil shall be carried out at site and contractor shall be taken the testing result before and after dehydration of oil and shown to the EIC at site and maintain necessary documents for record . (ii) Dehydration Machine with all T&P & Transformer oil testing machine for dehydration of Transformer oil and necessary transportation for the machines shall be arranged by contractor . (iii) Oil required for topping up the transformer will be measured & paid separatly.

Supply and topup of transformer oil EHV as per IS 335 of 1993 Part II with dielectric strength up to 50 KV in 2.5 mm gap electrode complete all as directed.

Removing of existing damage insulating material from LV Winding , Cleaning the winding and reinsulating the LV Winding with approved grade and make of insulating paper and heating the coil in the heat chamber to obtained desired result of insulating resistence complete and re-installation complete all as directed.

Rewinding of transformer HV coil with super enamelled / paper coated copper wire of existing gauge including all associated insulating material such as separator etc complete varnishing, heating including dismantling of top cover, decanting transformer oil, storing the same in suitable container,disconnection live part, dismantling of bushing, lifting of core Assey, checking the windings, cleaning of cooling tube, conservator and all internal connection after all necessary repair work and rewinding, assemble the complete transformer and refilling after necessary filtration including all internal connection etc of any type / capacity transformer. Servicing / Calibration to 33 KV HT VCB panel and PCOB for Vaccum interruptor complete including the following : switching off electric supply, Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning, replacing closing buffer, triping buffer (VMX type), V I connection gap check, motor coil resistance check, closing coil resistance check, spring charging cut off switch check, aux switch check, NO-NC states check, trip coil resistance check, testing details, timing test, oil value test, breaker timing test, connector resistance test, IR value test, HV test, mechanical and electrical mechanism check, counter reading check, shock observer check, pre close/ post close circuit check, test and service position limit switch check, breaker drive screw operation check, trip coil assemble operation check, mechanical latch . Cleaning & servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the VCB including connection to HT panel complete to be replaced where reqd all as directed by EIC. Painting to the Transformer yard fencing made out of GI wire mesh with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping to poles & the like, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as directed.
