Centring and shuttering with plywood or steel sheet upto two stories ( each story of height upto 3.5 metre from floor level) including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Plaster Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand)

Roof Tile Chequered terrazzo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of size up to 6 mm in floors jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) :Light shade using white cement

brick Work Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
