Mechanical and Electrical items

Supply, installation and commissioning of solar powered sludge pump (2 numbers) and water pump (1 no.) of approved make. Includes civil works, fabrication work for mounting the pump, neccesary plumbing with manual flow control valves, non returnable valves and spill back arrangement. (For 1 HP an approximate cost 100,000 has been taken)

Supply and installation of control panel and sensor for level indication in the tank and additional sensor for dry run protection of the pump, as per specification of the pump installed as well as Commissioning the control panel with safety measurements. Includes cost of wiring, civil works and others as required for installing and commissioning the system

Supply of Mechanised Tiller and trailer of 1 ton capacity for loading, unloading, transportation of dry sludge from sludge drying bed to the required location.

Supply, installation and commissioning of 7.5 KVA Diesel generator ( Mahindra Powerol, make) with required arrangements for venting out the exhaust. Also included is the cost of wiring and other electrical charges to connect to main feeder panel located at the operator room

Procurement, transportation and installation of sintex tank of 3000 liters capacity

Supply, installation and commissioning of submersible pump of approved make for pumping of water (1 HP) . Includes civil works, fabrication work for mounting the pump , neccesary plumbing as per the instructions of Engineer In charge.

Solar Roof Sludge Drying Bed

Super structure: Post, Arch & Purlins: 1.25" GI Square tube (Class B) with Aluminium fitting accessories with self drilling screws with leak proof Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) rubber beading are to be provided. The polycarbonate sheets should be joined with Aluminium beading / channels using Bolt and nut or pasted together with special adhesives for the purpose. The sheet should be joined in such a manner that it should be leak proof and no rain water or fog should enter into the unit through the joints.

Towards Cost and Supply of Gusset Plate of size 0.23x0.23 including cost and Conveyance of all charges etc.

Towards Cost and Supply of An Air tight sliding or open door-Glass Door/Polycarbonate sheet door with aluminium or GI frame of sufficient dimension should be provided in the structure for entry and exit Door including cost and Conveyance of all charge setc.

Exhaust fans: The structure should have ventilators for circulation of fresh air and exhaust fans should be provided for controlling temperature inside the structure.Two to three nos. of 12 V DC fans powered by separate solar modules to be provided for the purpose. If AC fans are used, inverters are to be provided.

Towards Cost and Supply of Solar Modules as per (IEC 61215 , IEC 61730-1&2 and IEC 61701) modules, Inverter and Wiring including cost and Conveyance of all charge setc.

Poly carbonate sheet cover: Indigenous/imported, Twin wall, Single side UV coating of 50 microns thick polycarbonate sheet of thickness 6 mm. The colour of the polycarbonate sheet should be clear (transparent) -confirm to IS: 14443: 1997 including cost and Conveyance of all charge setc.

Super structure: Post, Arch & Purlins: 1.25" GI Square tube (Class B) with Aluminium fitting accessories with self drilling screws with leak proof Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) rubber beading are to be provided. The polycarbonate sheets should be joined with Aluminium beading / channels using Bolt and nut or pasted together with special adhesives for the purpose. The sheet should be joined in such a manner that it should be leak proof and no rain water or fog should enter into the unit through the joints.

Exhaust fans: The structure should have ventilators for circulation of fresh air and exhaust fans should be provided for controlling temperature inside the structure. Two to three nos. of 12 V DC fans powered by separate solar modules to be provided for the purpose. If AC fans are used, inverters are to be provided.

Towards Cost and Supply of An Air tight sliding or open door-Glass Door/Polycarbonate sheet door with aluminium or GI frame of sufficient dimension should be provided in the structure for entry and exit Door including cost and Conveyance of all charge setc.
