Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT bars (Fe 500) for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire for placing at all depths of excavation, complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel, binding wire and for bar bending)

Supply, installation and commissioning of solar powered sludge pump (2 numbers) and water pump (1 no.) of approved make. (For 1 HP an approximate cost 100,000 has been taken)
Supply and installation of control panel and sensor for level indication in the tank and additional sensor for dry run protection of the pump, as per specification of the pump installed as well as Commissioning the control panel with safety measurements. Includes cost of wiring, civil works and others as required for installing and commissioning the system
Supply of Mechanised Tiller and trailer of 1 ton capacity for loading, unloading, transportation of dry sludge from sludge drying bed to the required location.

Solar Roof Sludge Drying Bed
Super structure: Post, Arch & Purlins: 1.25" GI Square tube (Class B) with Aluminium fitting accessories with self drilling screws with leak proof Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) rubber beading are to be provided. The polycarbonate sheets should be joined with Aluminium beading / channels using Bolt and nut or pasted together with special adhesives for the purpose. The sheet should be joined in such a manner that it should be leak proof and no rain water or fog should enter into the unit through the joints.

Super structure: Post, Arch & Purlins: 1.25" GI Square tube (Class B) with Aluminium fitting accessories with self drilling screws with leak proof Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) rubber beading are to be provided.
