Supply & fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame, made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC , ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for to rail & bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed to getter with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing for Item No. 08080 on page No 156 of SSR 2010 (Part-II).

Supply & fix Steel ventilators with top hung shutter with hinges, steel peg stay including painting with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer including removing existing steel ventilator complete all as specified & directed. (Note : GF-30 Sqm, FF30 Sqm, 2nd Floor - 40Sqm)

Supply & fix galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staples complete all as specified & directed.

All as per serial item No.20 above but fixed in repair complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and fix in repair galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staples in steel widows including removal of wire cloth from existing steel windows, providing new wire cloth and fixed with screws or rivets and provision of new flat iron beads of size 12x5mm complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering on external surfaces of chajja, facia, dropwall or similar location concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on external surfaces of brick wall concrete surface of Bldgs in cement mortar 1:4, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering on concrete surface as in ceiling of chajjas, facia etc in cement mortar 1:4, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for repair to doors by providing new hinge any type and welding or fixing with existing frame incl. removal of existing hinge and making good the surface and match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix CP health faucet for WC including PVC flexible pipe superior quality all as approved by Engr -in-charge

Material and labour Providing PCC(1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing drip mould 50mm x 20mm in bottom of chajjas including surface roughening and hacking for key in CM (1:3) at any height including necessary scafolding etc required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sunken slab treatment comprising of the following : (a) Taking out / down old existing sunken slab treatment and cleaning the old RCC surfaces of sunken slab including removal of rubbish from the site of work to a distance n. exc. 250m complete all as specified and directed. (b) Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) over cleaned surfaces (c) Material and labour 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) with liquid water proofing compound (WPC) as per manufacturer's instruction to sides and bottom of sunken slab (d) Material and labour for applying to sides and bottom of sunken slab bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/ Sqm over plastered surface and applying bitumen of grade 85/25 over primed surface @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and laying APP based polymeric water proofing membrane 3mm thick of weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm with 100mm overlap and sealed with hot flame. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid for separate item and for measurement purpose plan area of sunken slab will be taken on account)

Taking down cement plaster of any description from chajja, facia, drop wall, external surfaces of brick walls, soffits of beams & slabs etc. including removal of damaged portion for repairing and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removal of debris from site and disposed outside the MD land complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall etc. for continuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 and finished with CM(1:3) after taking down of damaged portion of RCC work by maintaining same level and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish. (Height of work to be considered upto 4.00m from FFL of Ground Floor.) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No.43 above but height of work to be considered above 4.00 mtr and up to 7.5 mtr from FFL of ground floor complete all as spd and directed.

Supply & fix steel windows with side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars dovetaied or welded including cutting holes and painting with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer including making good the disturbed surfaces and match with the existing surfaces by providing whitewash / colourwash / distempering / cement base paint, including taking down of ols steel window complete all as specified & directed. (Note : GF70sqm, FF-50 Sqm, 2nd Floor - 60Sqm)

Supply & fix steel windows with side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay complete without glazing bars dovetailed or welded including cutting holes and painting with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer including making good the disturbed surfaces and match with the existing surfaces by providing whitewash / colourwash / distempering / cement base paint , including taking down of ols steel window complete all as specified & directed. (Note : GF 70 sqm, FF-50 Sqm, 2nd Floor - 60 Sqm)

Material and labour for providing cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 ( using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stop, padding concrete on roof slab etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified & directed.
