Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D05147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane only all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete tiles of size 250 x 250 mm and 22mm thick laid as in roof floor over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, set, jointing and pointing with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

20mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr but n exc 500 ltr, setting aside (or lowering) for repairing, cleaning, etc. and hoisting reconnecting and replacing of tank cover with nut & bolts and 20mm dia brass float valve, chuk nuts, socket and fixing in position after cleaning the tank complete all as specified and as directed.

1000 ltr capacity rotational moulded polythylene water srotage (cylindercal vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

500 ltr capacity rotational moulded polythylene water srotage (cylindercal vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.
