Important Note: (1)The bidder must possess valid EPF & ESIC registration as per relevant laws. The bidders need to deposit EPF & ESIC with appropriate authority. The reimbursement for the same shall not be made. (2)The payment of wages to labourers should be made through bank.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm max. size including machine mixing, consolidating, finishing, curing ,etc complete but excluding formwork and as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying in position REINFORCED cement concrete of M-20 grade at all heights using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm max. size including machine mixing, consolidation, mechanical vibration, finishing, curing, cost of labour & machineries etc. complete as per specifications but excluding formwork, shuttering and steel reinforcement.

In foundations, footings, plinth beams, base of columns, flooring.

In columns, mullions, pillars, posts, struts

In beams, slabs, lintels, bed blocks, chajjas, canopies, shelves, walls and window cills. Staircase, coping etc

Providing centering and shuttering using timber planks/steel plates including strutting and propping etc. at all heights and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and in plain concrete work as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Foundations, footings, base of columns plinth beams, flooring, machine foundations, bed blocks, window cills, copings and mass concrete

Columns, pillars, posts, struts, mullions etc.

Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings lintels, cantilever, girders, bressumers, soffits of suspended floors, roofs, balconies, chajjas etc.

Providing and placing in position REINFORCEMENT using TMT BARS of brands as specified in "list of preferred makes", having minimum yield strength of Fe 500 conforming to IS 1786, for reinforced cement concrete work at all levels, including cutting, bending, fixing, tying in position with 1.6 mm dia. soft drawn annealed binding wire, with chairs, legs, supports etc. complete including cost of transporting the bars from factory to required location at work site, cost of 1.6 mm dia. soft drawn annealed binding wire, watch & ward, insurance etc complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor at their own cost and will not be measured for payment.)

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using ISMBs, Joists, channels, angles, flats, Tees, RHS, SHS, hollow circular sections etc. of minimum grade Fe 250, at all levels including welding, painting with a primary coat of approved steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using IInd class bricks having a compressive strength not less than 35kg/cm² in drains, compound walls, flower beds & other similar works including curing, raking out joints above ground level, simultaneous pointing below G.L. etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement plastering to external surfaces of walls at all heights, 20mm thick, with cement mortar 1:4 over brick walls or concrete surfaces, including finishing rough (wooden float finish) hacking the concrete surfaces, double scaffolding wherever necessary, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting steel work in two coats of Aluminium paint of approved shade and make over one coat of steel primer including preparing surfaces, scaffolding and cleaning, tools & tackles, safety appliances etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting New exterior walls with two coats of SNOWCEM PLUS/APEX Ultima of approved make & shade including preparing the surfaces, filling with putty wherever required, scaffolding and cleaning, tools & tackles, safety appliances etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing/erecting in position G.I. chainlink fabric fencing of required height above ground level with 10 guage GI chainlink mesh of size 50mmx50mm fixed to MS angles/RCC post including cost of p/f GI J hooks, bolts, nuts, washers, staples and p/f longitudinally 3 rows of 8 guage GI wires complete generally as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, stretching and fixing in position 2 ply, 12 guage, 4 spikes G I Barbed wire at specified spacing, firmly fixed to M.S. angles/RCC posts/wooden posts either horizontally or inclined manner including supplying & fixing necessary 'J' hooks, bolts, nuts, washers staples etc. as required for the work at all levels and any where in RRCAT campus complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
