Sup of 3"MFM — "Supply of 3 inch Mass Flowmeters with 4-inch process connection suitable for White Oil as per Tender Specifications and approved datasheets. "

Erect & comm of abov — "Erection, commissioning, and calibration of mass flow meter: Scope of this line item includes erection of MFM on metering SKID, commissioning and calibration of MFM. Metering SKID shall be provided for erection of MFM, strainer, RTD, valves and DCV Assembly at gantry. However, the Cost of Supply and fabrication of skid shall be paid saperately thru Steel structure item.Commiossioning, calibration, and stamping of mass flow meter in TT loading gantry for white oil metering as per the approved installation drawing and as per instruction of HPCL engineer-in-charge. Cooridnation for liasoning is part of this line item and any charges for laisoning shall be brone by vendor. Only official fees for W&M stamping shall be reimbursed to the vendor on submission of the proforma invoice and certificates from legal meterology. "

Sup of 4" Strainer — Supply of 4 inch strainer with DPG with Reed switch, air eliminator, 2 Nos isolation ball valves at drain point, 1 valve at air vent, locking arrangement of drain valve suitable for white oil as per tender specifications and approved datasheets.

Erect & comm of 4" S — Erection & Commissioning of strainer with DPG, air eliminator in TT loading gantry for white oil as per the approved installation drawing and as per instruction of HPCL engineer-in-charge.

Sup 4" DCV — Supply of Digital Control Valve 4 inches with locking arrangement for needles valves for primary product at TT Gantry as per tender specifications & datasheets.

Erect & comm of 4" DCV — Erection & commissioning of 4" Digital Control Valve in TT loading gantry for White oil as per the approved installation drawing and as per instruction of HPCL engineer-in-charge.

Sup OF 2" MFM — Supply of 2 inch Mass Flowmeters suitable for Ethanol and biodiesel lineIn Gantry as per tender specifications and approved datasheets.

Sup 2"DCV — Supply of Digital Control Valve 2 inches with locking arrangement for needles valves, along with flap type NRV, and isolation ball valve suitable for 2 inch line size for secondary product at TT Gantry as per tender specifications & datasheets.

Erect & comm of 2" DCV — Erection & commissioning of 2 inches Digital Control Valve, NRV, and isolation valve in TT loading gantry for Ethanol lines per the approved installation drawing and as per instruction of HPCL engineer-in-charge.
