Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (86 cum. for P&M Foundation + 22 cum. for 04 nos. tower foundation for sreening / shielding + 18 cum. for cable trench)

Steel fabrication work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (14000Kg. for P&M structure + 6000Kg. for 04 nos. tower stuctures for sreening / shielding) (Steel materials will be provided by SECL)

Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregare 40mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts etc. as required. (4 poles for Lighting & 4 poles for incoming 33KV supply structure and 16 poles for 4 nos. outgoing 4P structures)). (Poles will be supplied by SECL)

Providing & Filling of stone /metal gravels in the switch yard complete with sand laying up to width 10cm and laying of 45mm crushed stone / metal up to width 10cm.

Supply, erection , testing & commissioning of maintenance free earthing electrode, pipe in pipe technology, zinc coated, 3 mtrs. Length, 76mm dia outer pipe & 42mm dia inner pipe, complete with back filling compound (@40kg per pit) and GI flat of 40mm x 6mm size for connections, as required. (8 nos. for X-mers & LA etc. + 4 nos. for sreening towers)

Supply of Al. Pad &Tee Clamp/connectors for panther conductor.

Supply & erection of 33KV Aluminium tubular Bus, 50mm(min) for bus and connection between equipment, insulators with clamps and connectors etc. for 33KV incoming transformer bays and other equipments.

Supply & erection of 6.6KV Aluminium tubular Bus, 50mm(min) for bus and connection between equipment, 6.6KV insulators with clamps and connectors etc.

Earth mess for earthing system (safe earth electrode type) including earth pits, required galvanised strips/flats for inter connection etc.

Nitrogen fire protection system as per design of the 10MVA transformer.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames. 25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm X 25 mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (± 0.3 mm). PVC foam end cap of size 23x10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. M.S. tube having dimensions 19 mm x 19 mm and 1.0 mm (± 0.1 mm) is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end-cap of the size 25 mm X 11 mm. Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge.
