Supply , delivery at site on foundation , testing& commissioning of 30 KVA, 415V, 50Hz, 3Ø silent new DG Set, comprising of Engine, alternator, separate AMF panel, Base frame, Fuel tank, Battery, CPCB-IV+ Compliant Engine & Acoustic Enclosure having following specifications : (Make: Jakson/Greaves Power/ Eicher)

Engine Type: 4 Stroke Diesel Engine Genset output (kVA/kWe): 30/24, RPM: 1500, Gross Engine Power HP: 74.1 or as per manufacturer Standard, Duty: PRIME, Aspiration/Cooling: Turbo Charged Inter Cooled. , Cylinder /Arrangement: 3/inline, Type of Governor : Electronic / Mechanical.

Exhaust Silencer: Residential Type, Starting system: 12V starting system complete with starter motor, charging alternator with rectifier and Cutout as per manufacturer standard. Battery : Lead Acid, Low Maintenance or SMF and conforming to relevant IS Specification with Low/High Battery Voltage and Weak Battery warning. Fuel Tank 60Ltrs. Capacity shall be supplied and to be mounted inside the canopy.

AMF CONTROL PANEL:- The AMF Control Panel should be inbuilt and , suitable for a 415V, 3-phase, 50Hz system. shall consist of the following features: 1. Microprocessor based AMF Controller having safety features with display of following Engine & Alternator parameters:- 2. Engine Display features:- Low lube oil pressure, High water temperature, Overspeed, Low Fuel Level, RPM, No. of Hours Run, Battery Voltage. 3. Safeties:- LLOP, HWT, LFL, Over Speed. 4. Alternator Display features:- Ampere, Voltage, Frequency, Power Factor, Kw, Kwh, KVAR 5. Safeties: Over Current, Over/Under Voltage, Over/Under Frequency, Short Circuit . 6. Current Transformers of suitable ratio.

7. 2 Nos. 63Amps, 4Pole, AC-1 Duty Power Contactor for DG & Mains. 8. 2 Nos. 63Amps, 4 Pole, 36KA MCCB with necessary thermal magnetic protections for DG & Mains.

ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE Acoustic enclosure shall be made of specially procured 16SWG CRCA Sheet and structural sheet metal Base frame and comply with CPCB norms with following features: 1. The most compact, six sided, close, modular construction and detachable 2. Meet CPCB / MOEF norms. 3. Sound level < 75 DbA at one meter distance under free field conditions as per norms. 4. Easy accessibility around the DG Set, which ensures optimum serviceability. 5. Special power coated enclosure, weather proof, corrosion resistant, environment friendly. 6. Specially designed lifting hooks. 7. Use of high quality hardware ensures longer life of enclosure. 8. Provision for emergency stop facility.

Base Frame : Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.

Supplying & erection of foundation of 30 KVA D.G.Set on outdoor, having dimension given below:- a) 300 mm deep (below ground) PCC of size 3150 mm (L) x 1700 mm(W) having thickness 100 mm after single brick flat soling on the ground after excavation of the earth. b) 15-inch thick brick wall from the 300 mm deep (below ground) PCC to 600mm (above G.L.), i.e. around the PCC (total Brick Wall Height 900mm), and keeping the central part as follows. c) Filling the hollow portion with a mixture of sand & shifted soil. d) Construct a 06 inch thick PCC slab at the top of the brick foundation of size 3150 mm (L) x 1700 mm (W) incl punning, finishing upto the completion the foundation structure and providing foundation bolts, nuts, etc. [Foundation Size: 3150 mm x 1700mm & 600 mm above GL and 300 mm below GL] [N.B: On-site DG set foundation size may be changed as per site condition and manufacturer standered, bidders are requested to visit the site and final execution may be done as per manufacturer recommendation and approved drawing of EIC]

Shed Work: Supply & fixing of Color Coated Galvalume / Al-Zinc Alloy Corrugated Steel Sheet (0.5 MM thick) (Make- Tata Blue Scope / JINDAL/) with incl. the supporting structure by Square Hollow bar (SHS) i.e. Column, Rafters, Purlins,, Bracing frame work i.e. fitted & fixed with suitable inclined at both side as per direction of EIC. Aluminium sheet ridging fitted with self taping screws EPDM washers etc. to complete 300 mm laping on each way with .75 mm sheet. Priming one coat on steel or metal surface with synthetic oil brand primer of approved quality incl. smoothing surfaces by sand papering. Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand incl. smoothing surface by sand papering etc. incl using approved putty within on surface if necessary ( on steel surface 2 coat). (For 30 KVA DG Sets)

Supply & provide of 5 mm thick ms conical shape exhaust hood on top of MS EXHAUST pipe extention.

Supply & delivery and pouring including transportation of HSD oil.

Supplying and fixing 80 mm dia MS black exhaust pipe of 4 mm thickness, including supplying and fixing MS flanges, nuts, bolts and washers, fixing the same on existing ladder-type supporting structure, with all necessary clamps and supports, and applying two coats of suitable high-temperature resistant paint over one coat of primer, complete in all respects, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Making insulation by 2" glass wool including netting arrangement and covered with aluminium clading as per direction of the EIC.

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. I) For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m. ( For supporting Ladder structure of the Exhaust Pipe of 30 KVA DG)

Providing and constructing an RCC foundation for holding a ladder-type MS structure vertically for supporting DG exhaust pipe extension, including earthwork excavation, PCC bed, RCC pedestal of required size in M20 grade concrete, provision of MS base plate with foundation bolts, grouting, curing, and all incidental works complete as required for stability and vertical alignment of the ladder structure.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: a) By ISI-Medium GI pipe

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S & F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Supply and delivery of 4 Core 35 sqmm. XLPE Insulated, Cores Laid Up, Thermoplastic Tape Inner Sheathed, Unamoured/ Armoured and Extruded PVC Type ST2 Outer Sheathed As Per IS‐7098 (Part 1) 2011 with Up To Date Amendments, Aluminium armoured cable. Laying of cable from 3/3½ core 35 sqmm to 50 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting.
