Collection of dry, wet and hazardous waste separately daily from individual flats/ public buildings on different floors of the buildings with or without lifts , loading it in waste transport vehicle all inclusive of the cost of basket and bags, cost of labour etc, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Garbage is to be collected from all the flats/public buildings in morning hours.
From residential buildings details of which are given in Annex. "A" (Total 4340 flats X 361days)
From Public buildings details of which are given in Annex. "B" (34 locations/buildings x 361 days)
Sweeping & cleaning the passages, corridors, circulation area, stilted areas, approach roads including footpath way etc. daily and surroundings of buildings( area around the buildings from edge of the building upto storm water drain of the buildings) including cost of labours, baskets, brooms and tools required for carrying out the work etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Frequency of cleaning shall be once in a day.
Of Residential bldgs: Details of buildings are given in Annex. "A" (145*361 days)
B) Non Residential buildings: TTM1 Maint. unit, TTM2 Maint. unit, TTM2 Staff room, Dilwara PH office, Dilwara Project office, Krishna site office, Public Health office, Aravali substation, Western Sector Maint. unit, Western Sector Maint. office no 2, Main Pump House, Security Gate No 4, Hospital Security Gate, Western sector market, Sector market, Brindavan market. (10X313days)(6nosx361days)
Mopping only the passages, corridors, staircases, landings etc. with phenyled water including cost of labour, phenyle and other cleaning materials such as tools, moppers with wooden handles, mopping dusters etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (frequency: fortnightly)

Removing cob-webs from the staircases, stilted areas, common area, circulation areas, canopies, etc. of Residential buildings and of cabins/ rooms/ and other areas also of public buildingds once in a month including cost of labour, tools such as ladders, brooms with stick etc.complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-chargeResidential buildings: from (frequency: Once in a month)

(16 nos x 12 months)
Toilet blocks cleaning & mopping the entire toilet blocks with phenyled water, harpic including cleaning the glass windows, wash basins, etc, removal of cobwebs, general cleaning of surrounding areas, placing liquid soap with dispenser, keeping air purifier inside the toilet blocks once in a week, removing stains from the wall, urinal pans, WC & flooring, etc all including cost of labours, phenyle, harpic and other materials required for cleaning, mopping and washing purpose, etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge, (Frequency: thrice in a day) (12x313 days) + (10x361days)
Mechanical transportation of wet and dry garbage, garden waste collected during sweeping & cleaning around the building by pick up van (02 nos) from all the residential & public buildings as given in Annexure A & B in containers with lids over them for tranportation of the waste to concerned Waste Processing Centre (WPC) for further disposal at composting facilities behind Rajanigandha, Tapti and Brindavan Bio gas plants near Training School Hostel and near BARC Hospital canteen, transporting back left over dry garbage after segregation from Organic waste composting machine/Bio gas plant to garbage bin, Tranporting the manure to various locations, including loading, unloading including cost of vehicle (Mahindra Bolero Pickup van or equivalent), driver, fuel, labour (04 nos) for loading & unloading, etc all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge (02 nos vehicle * 361 days) There are 145 residential and 32 public buildings which consist of about 3988 flats and market places. The daily present collection of wet waste is about approx 6 ton/day and manure generated is about approx. 600 kg/ day.
Sweeping, cleaning, collecting and disposing the garbage, benches, removing the stains, washing place, transporting the waste generated manually, etc by deploying 01 labour separately at the following locations 1) Sangam Jalvayu vihar 2) Chidambaram park all including labour, tools and materials required for cleaning all complete as per directions of EIC. (Frequency: (freq 02 times*361days)
Providing & spreading bleaching powder of Grade II quality or equivalent on the approach road, pathways, passages of the buildings & its surrounding areas wherever the area is found slippery or as and when required, including cost of labour transportation, loading & unloading all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge
