Supply of outdoor type innovative LED floodlight fixtures with pressure die-cast aluminimum housing & toughened glass in front with unique flood optices having minimum lumen output of 22000 lumens, minimum efficacy of 110 lumes/watt and minimum IP protection of IP 66, including driver with output short circuit protection and surge protection and all other accessories including adjustable MS cradle suitable for operation on 230 volts, 50 Hz, single phase, A.C. supply complete in all respects as required as per site conditions and as per directions of EIC and as per technical specifications. Note: - As light fixtures are to be installed at the airport. Design of the light fixtures as per the specifications needs prior approval of EIC for aesthetics.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre wired LED fittings of all types, complete with all accessories etc. in armstrong / grid ceiling including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. complete in all respects as required as per site conditions and as per directions of EIC.

Boarding Gates-Wall Mounted/Suspended from top Sign Type-2.2g-2 Refer design drawing 2.2g2-S, 2.2g2-G Providing and fixing illuminated signs including all operations from fabrication to installation all complete as per drawings, technical specifications, signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. Sign face Sign face shall be made in 8mm thick 040 white acrylic (as specified) having graphics pasted in Plotter cut Block out vinyl. Entire panel covered with a protective over laminate. The films to wrap around the edge of the acrylic to a distance of 25mm on the back side. The Plotter cut block out vinyl shall match the specified colour (colour Pantone Black 6C) and vinyl for text Pantone yellow C or Cyan 311C as per graphics and of specified make duly approved by Engineer-In-Charge. Sign Frame Providing and fixing sign frame 50mm wide powder coated, colour RAL 9006 special aluminium extrusion with inbuilt frame to receive the sign face. The sign face shall be fixed to sign frame with the 3M brand dual lock system in one side and 3M both way tape from the other side. The panel should be made easily openable for maintenance. Sign internal Structure Providing and fixing Framewrok of Aluminium 25mm x 25mm hollow square sections shall be directly fixed to the sign frame. Lighting All internal illumination shall be using Power LED Lights from Osram or equivalent (Edge lighting - 6500K, 24 v, with optimal homogeneous backlighting & light Throw of minimum 4 ft) with electronic controllers, having even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots and adhering to the LUX levels mentioned in the performance specification. Cost to include all internal connections and Wiring, terminating and connecting the incoming cable laid by Airport contractor at the site. The actual structural design of the sign for its stability shall be responsibility of the EPC contactor. Secret fixing methods should be used to fix parts together. Accessories: Providing and fixing all accessories such as thimbles, end connectors, nut-inserts, screws, rivets, bolts, washers, nuts, etc. complete as per drawing. Fixing/Mounting: All hardware used for fixing of sign shall be stainless steel. Secret fixing methods should be used to fix parts together. The sign shall be either suspended from top using SS Chains of suitable strength or shall be mounted on wall/ alluminium frame from back side. Single side content (900 mm x 1000 mm)

The films to wrap around the edge of the acrylic to a distance of 25mm on the back side. The Plotter cut blockout vinyl shall match the specified clour (Colour Pantone Black 6C) and vinyl for text Pantone yellow C or Cyan 311C as per graphics and of specified make duly approved by the Engineer-In-Charge. Emergency Exit Sign Type-2.6a-2 Refer design drawing 2.26a-G Providing and fixing all Photoluminiscent signs in the dedicated fire escape passages of the airports as per locations given in sign schedules, made of screen printing using artworks provided and with Photoluminiscent material as per technical specifications. Screen printing shall be done on self-adhesive vinyl and pasted on 2mm thick powder coated white (RAL 9016) aluminium plate and fixed at location using screws. as per specification and using provided artwork including all operations from procuring the correct materials and made to sizes as specified and approved by the Engineer-in_x005fcharge. including all installation activities like marking, alignment and fixing with screws into the wall/cladding/face to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
