Providing and applying plaster of putty 2mm thickness over plasterd surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer- in- charge with in a distance of 60m.

One priming coat and two coat oil bound distemper including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.

Providing & applying white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting or varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials ,labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work .(Paint to be used should conform to the ISI no -103-1950.)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water strorege tank ISI:12701 marked with over and suitable locking arrangement an macking necessary holes for inlet, out let and over flow pipes but with out fittings and the base support for tank.500 Litr.

Providing and fixing 600x450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete.
