M&L for dismantling of various components of Electrically Operated Crane of capacity ranging from 2 Ton to 10 Ton of any span of cross/long travel and height of hoist for carrying out overhauling and repairing as detailed under various items here-in-after and re-fixing the components in its position after carrying out overhauling/repair work including cleaning tracks with approved cleanser, greasing for smooth running of wheels, pulleys, steel wire rope, etc and replacing minor extras / hard ware as required, painting of crane with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint including LT, CT, etc after preparation of surfaces & writing the technical details of Crane as per existing data and load testing of crane as per relevant IS after carrying out all repair works complete all as specified. Notes : (i) Repair/overhauling of EOT Crane shall be carried out through authorized service agency of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The contractor shall submit documentary proof/evidence in this regard before taking EOT Cranes under repair, overhauling, etc. (ii) Make and model of part to be replaced shall be same as used/recommended by OEM. (iii) Repairing/replacement of unserviceable main components catered for separately under respective items of this Schedule shall be measured & paid for separately. (iv) Load as required for testing shall be arranged by the user/department. However, transportation of load for testing from the place of issue and return to the place of issue shall be responsibility of the contractor. (v) Contractor shall give a certificate after repair/overhauling of EOT Crane that Crane is serviceable & fully functional in all respect and ready to use for load.

M&L for repair/ overhauling/ servicing of Gear Box of EOT Crane of following capacity including cleaning, recutting, polishing the gear teeth after remetalling and making good, remetalling of driving shaft, machining, finishing, polishing and making good for smooth running of crane, replacing worn out bushes, bearings on drive and non drive ends, reassembling all the components after necessary repair works, replacing the gear oil of the gear box upto required level, making adjustment to ensure trouble free smooth running of gear system complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Repair/overhauling/servicing of Gear Box shall be carried out through authorized service agency of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The contractor shall submit documentary proof/evidence in this regard before taking Gear Box under repair, overhauling, servicing, etc. (ii) Make and model of part to be replaced shall be same as used/recommended by OEM. (iii) Gear oil, ball bearing, spare parts as required shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only' under respective items of this Schedule.

(ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 80mm bore made to shape as required with & including all fittings such as Tee, union, bends, sockets, elbow, etc and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Contractor’s quoted rates for this item shall deemed to include for all GI fittings and shaping of pipe as required for fountain. The tenderers shall work out the quantity of GI fittings considering the shape of fountain and accessories required to be fitted under other relevant items of this Schedule and quote their rates for this item accordingly.

Supply, fixing and testing micro processing DMX controller for changing colour of colour changing lights changing fast slow or fading of colour with operating voltage 18V DC, 5 Amps as per site requirement, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for taking down of defective induction motor of centrifugal pump set capacity 5 HP/3.7 KW, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 415 Volts, 950 LPM discharge at 25 metre head from the foundation, disconnecting the electric & water connections, coupling pulley, and transporting to work shop, cutting down and removing existing burnt out copper windings, cleaning of slots and rewinding with new solid super enameled copper winding wire of size as used by manufacturer/existing size including varnishing, drying, ovening, overhauling, greasing and fixing in the same position, making necessary electric & water connections, commissioning and testing of centrifugal pump & induction motor with & including repair of DOL starter of suitable capacity and necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ (old size) burnt clay bricks laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground electric cable in such a way that the length of brick is at right angle to the central axis of cable, including taking out old bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCCB, 4 Pole, 40 Amps rating, rupturing capacity 16 kA, 415 Volt grade, AC, 50 Hz, Magnetic fixed type and making connections using suitable size copper lugs/thimbles and crimping tool, including disconnecting & taking down old unserviceable MCCB, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 25mm bore (ISI marked) with & including all fittings laid in trenches, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling and taking up or down existing unserviceable steel water tubing and connections of 25mm bore. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply & fixing mild steel clamps made of flat iron 40x6mm in two halves for tapping through 100 bore GI/CI/DI water pipe line including made to shape, drilling and welding of 25mm GI socket and necessary rubber insertion, nut, bolts & washers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for opening of submersible motor of capacity 5 HP, 3 Phase, 415 volts, vertical or horizontal any type, cutting down and removing existing burnt out copper winding, cleaning of slots and rewinding with new solid super enameled copper winding wire of size as used by manufacturer / existing size, replacement of worn out spare parts & cable connections, re-assembling of pump set, re-installation & re-commissioning at its original location & testing complete all as specified and as directed.
