This Item inclusive of all fittings, consumables and accessories such as (a) Long fish plate, H.T.S Bolts and nuts, (c) Punch washers, (d) Insulated bushes, (e) Insulated channels, 6mm thick end post, (g) Glue (h) Hardener (i) Glass cloth carrier and all the other materials and fittings for cleaning, fabrication and assembling excluding rails, (j) other fitting and accessories required to fabricate In situ Glued Joint" in all respect per RDSO/Drawing. No. RDSO/T-2572 and specifications contained in MANUAL GLUED INSULATED RAIL JOINTS (REVISED 2024) with up to date ACS if any. Notes- Situ glued joints shall be checked before use as per provisions of MANUAL FOR GLUED INSULATED RAIL JOINTS (REVISED 2024) with up to date ACS if any. The manufacturer shall ensure that in-situ fabricated glued joints shall give a minimum 50% service life terms of GMT (warranty period) as stipulated in Para 6.8 of MANUAL FOR GLUED INSULATED RAIL JOINTS (REVISED 2024) with up to date ACS if any. Any component in-situ fabricated glued joints (except rails) failing or proving unsatisfactory during warranty period shall be completely replaced by the manufacturer. All associated expenses shall be borne by the manufacturer.
