Supply & Erection of 5.0 TPD capacity Combustion Chamber of dia 1400mm, height 1800mm MS steel confirming to IS: 2062 Grade: E250 GR with minimum thickness of 10mm to withstand the temperature of 1200°C with preheating, primary combustion and secondary combustion chambers arrangements with 600mm dia, 3000mm height and 12mm thick provided with Inner lining Refractory in High Alumina Kiln Bricks (IS: 8 in Tri-cast CC mortar) and outer phase with 100mm thick glass wool for thermal insulation covered with 1.0mm thick Aluminium cladding sheet including four support legs made up of high quality of steel pipe of dia 125mm and thickness of 10mm at 1.0Mtr above ground level including cost of all materials and all Labour charges for fabrication, conveyance and erection etc as per standard specification and direction of departmental officers.

B with 10mm wall thickness and Size of 22” [B], 20” [M], 18” [T] and Effective Height of 30.0 mtr from floor level with painting of Thermolite Aluminium-677099 with proper catalyst for prolonged stability and life expectancy and stay wire with suitable Stainless steel ropes in four directions including cost of necessary RCC foundation and all Labour charges, conveyance charges and erection charges etc as per standard specification and direction of departmental officers.

Supply & Erection of Temperature Monitoring System of Thermo-couple with PLATINUM TIP with 350mm long probe to ensure durable and precise measurement with 6" digital display the ranges Limit upto 1500°C including cost of all Labour charges etc as per standard specification

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing etc, complete as per SS

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m height for plain surface as RCC slabs, rectangular tee (or) elbeams, lintel, bed block stair case waist slab, landing slab, etc., complete as per standard specification - 10m2 as per TNDSS & Morth specification No:30 & 36 Without strutting

Providing and laying in position Standardized Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and downgraded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticizer / super plasticizer) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials) -Footing, Plinth beam, Tie beam/Lintel, Ground Floor Roof beam, salbs, Sloped roof beam and slabs

Collection, supply and filling with well gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials and stacking them at road side to departmental gauge for pre-measurement including all labour charges for filling etc., complete as per standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, two part sand and Four part of aggrigate) using 20 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five sand) using best quality country bricks including cost and conveyance of all materials to working site in super sector curing etc. complete. Complying with standard specifications and has directed by departmental Engineers. Including cost and conveyance of all materials to working site etc.

Plastering in cement mortar 1:5 mix (one Cement and five sand) 12 mm thick etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of mild steel or TMT rods, including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending, tying and placing in position etc, complete as per SS. TNDSS NO: 97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6) VII-3

Supply and fabrication of mild steel structures for truss, record racks including cutting, bending, welding as per the design including priming coat with labour charges etc., complete

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of Paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC light point / fan point SD - 16

supply and fixing of 30W LED street light fitting with LED (Higher end) with 25 mm dia. GI pipe (class B) with 1 no. 25 mm GI bend complete on the existing post/ on wall with PVC unsheathed copper leads with MS clamps and with painting SD-532
