Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and labour machine cut pre-polished kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including 15 mm thick cement screed base (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and labour machine cut pre-polished kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cm (1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and labour udaipur green/baroda green marble slab 18-20 mm thick over vertical surfaces of wall, columns pillars and lintel soffits, window cell etc and similar work machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 and pointed with white cement using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of marble slab including grinding , polishing and rounding the edges complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs (kota/granite etc) one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Supply & fix Steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop at of primer erected in position as indicated complete push pull or manual type thickness of lath is 1.25mm including taking down old shutters complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing Framed work such as grills, gratings, MS plate etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde -E-165 including dismantling of wrought iron and mild steel work of any discription complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge..

Supply and fixing rolled section as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafter and running rails etc complete conforming to Fe-410- W(Gde?E-250) quality?B including working platform/scaffolding)complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge. (Work shall be carried out upto 08 storey ht of building)

Material and labour Steel work in tubular railing including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 including working platform/scaffolding) Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Work shall be carried out upto 08 storey ht of building)

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, roofs fixed with self tapping screws as specified including making grooves of minimum 50mm into brick walling and inserting the sheets into these grooves including working platform/scaffolding) Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Work shall be carried out upto 08 storey ht of building)

Material and labour applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide on steel newly surfaces over 10cm width/girth incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast coloured glazed concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment, glossy finish (reflective type) any shape and size (as approved by GE) confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, as in pavements to required level & gradients, set, jointed with clean dry sand and sealing the ends using PCC 1:2:4 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and labour for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation etc complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and labour applying one coats of white wash on old plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces as in wall complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

All as per item No " 16" above but on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and labour applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper white or tinted on wall after necessary preparation of surface including removal of swelled popup paint, cracks and applying wall care putty to make the surface even complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water & removed debrises out MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and labour Plastering on concrete surfaces of ceiling, beams, lintels, walls etc, 20mm thick (10+10mm)in two coats in CM (1:4) , mixed with water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified (WPC to be mixed in setting coat only)

Material and labour applying one coat of Rust remover and rust passivator on exposed reinforcement surfaces at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on wall finished even and fair without using extra cement as in patches all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

All as item No 22 above but 10mm thick in CM (1:3) in ceiling

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and labour preparation of new undecorated surfaces of walls,soffit and fasicas of chajjas etc and applying two coats of weather proof Acrylic based paint(100% Acrylic) exterior grade over a coat of primer complete all as per manufacturers instructions all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour preparation of old undecorated surfaces of walls,soffit and fasicas of chajjas etc and applying one coats of weather proof Acrylic based paint(100% Acrylic) exterior grade over a coat of primer complete all as per manufacturers instructions all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing Glazed colour ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300 x 200x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering as backing layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material & labour for non skid coloured jointed free ceramic tiles of size 600mmx600mmx10mm thick in floors over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In-Charge

Taking down shutters exc 1.00 sqm but not exc 1.50 sqm and removing to or from store complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Cutting holes in brick walls but in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement lime mortar in cm 1:2;4 type B-1 not exceeding half brick as required depth of embedded portion of holdfasts complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and labour MS works in holdfast made of fe -290 of length complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing Aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed 150 mm length complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing Aluminium handles, cast type, anodised of length 150 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing 30mm thk Flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing Marine ply 18mm thick as in cupboard shutter including fixed with piano hinges complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing Aluminium anodised section 15 micron for window (Sliding type) / ventilator (Partly fixed party louverd type) etc of anodised aluminium section ventilators partly fixed partly louvered type comprising frame, shutters, locking arrangements including necessary jamming, glazing pins, neoprene beading, glazing pin screw, levered aluminium sections for louvered glass, rollers , handle etc complete all as specified & directed.wire mesh completed with frame shutters Note: (a) Glazing shall be measured separately. (b) Item shall be paid as per weight of aluminium section. (c) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading, glazing clips, screw etc as required which not be measured for arriving the weight. (d) Rate shall be inclusive of the aluminium handle, locking arrangement including complete packing with silicon gel around contecting surface of aluminium and including matching the existing surface area complete all as specified. (e) Aluminium window / ventilator etc to be fixed with cadmium plated screw not more than 300mm c/c .
