Description all as per item No 3 above but for medium steel almirah.

Removing of unserviceable leg and S&F new legs of 18 gauge MS sheet made to shape complete including applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and shown on drawing for almirah large / medium.

Removing of unserviceable shelves of almirah large steel and supplying and fixing new MS sheet shelves made out from 20 gauge PBI sheet made to shape including applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and fixing complete with required clamps all as directed.

Removing of unserviceable lock cover and supply and fixing new MS sheet lock cover made out from 20 gauge PBI sheet including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and fixing complete with screw bolts all as directed.

Removing of unserviceable key plate and supplying & fixing new C P key plate with screw bolts all as directed.

Removing of unserviceable steel hinges and supplying & fixing new steel hinges as existing shape and size all as specified and shown on drg and as directed.

S&F cleat of suitable size with nuts and bolts with washers for shelves of almirah duly painted with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for tightening of all loose components, dents, preparation of surface, filling the holes with putty of Almirah large steel / Almirah (1/2 H 1/2 S) and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray gun machine internally and externally complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing U/S handle and S&F new chromium plated steel handle D type as per existing shape and size with screws of required size and all as directed.

Removing of unserviceable steel hinges of Almirah/ book case steel/ glazed and supplying & fixing new steel hinges as per existing shape and size and all as specified and shown on drg and as directed.

Removing of old U/S MS sheet seat of form w/o back steel and S&F 20 gauge PBI sheet seat made to shape as required including welding complete approx size 1525 mm x 300 mm including one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces all as specified and directed.

Removing of old U/S legs stiffener/back & bottom stiffener of form w/o back steel and form with back and S&F new legs stiffener of 25 mm dia/square 16 gauge MS conduit pipe made to shape, size as required at site welded to old frame work complete including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces all as specified and directed.

Removing of old U/S clamps and S&F new clamps of MS flat iron 40 mm x 3 mm length as required at site made to shape fixed with suitable nuts and bolts and washers, fixed in position including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new surfaces all as specified and directed .

Preparation of old surfaces of broken joints and providing running welding for jointing MS conduit pipe, MS angle and flat iron etc complete all as specified and directed ( Each joint measured separately).

Removing of old U/S shoes/Caps and S & F new PVC hard rubber shoe/Caps of best quality to conduit pipe legs of form with or without back all as specified and directed

M&L for tightening of all loose components before applying of painting & polishing including removing of old unsv nut and bolt from form with/without back and S&F new nut and bolt all as directed by Engr- in - Charge .

M&L for painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint on old surfaces of form with back and polishing to wooden surfaces after repair with French polish of approved quality and matching for new components with old surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO STEEL RACK/BOOK SHELF OPEN/CLOSE TYPE OFF SIZES Drawing No. FD-1034, 97(M), 69(M) Removing of U/S steel shelves and S&F new shelves of size 3' x 1.5' made out of 20 gauge PBI sheet including fixing complete by means of bolting/ welding or riveting etc including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.
