Supply, Fabrication, Commissioning and Testing of 40 Watts -LED-Solar-Off Grid - Street Light with Gi- Post .The cost includes material cost, transportation cost, masonry work cost, any escalation in GST-cost as arises, Fabrication charges for Street light Post, Electrical wiring with material cost and labour cost as required at site. The Solar PV panels and LED light fittings to be ISI make and to be satisfy to TEDA norms as directed by the departmental officers. a) Solar PV Module 12 Volt- 60 Watts - Mono- crystalline. The modules are designed to withstand highly corrosive atmosphere and heavy wind loads and of certified standards. Temperature of Operation should be of 10 to 50 degree Celsius with Thermal Management System for ambient temperature in lower & higher rated value. The controller to be MPPT.(ISI Make) b) Battery-Lithium Ferro Phosphate make and designed for tropical conditions and have a long life. Minimum Voltage - 12.8V, 30 AH capacity ( ISI make) c) LED Light- White Light Emitting Diode (W-LED)( ISI Make) 12 Watt, W-LED luminary, dispersed beam, soothing to eyes with the use of proper optics and diffuser.LED Chip is of compliance to IES: LM-80 (Approved Method for Measuring Lumen Maintenance of LED Light Sources and LED lumen depreciation time to L70). Test report to be submitted before installation and to be get approval from Departmental Officers. The Color Temperature to be between 5500 K to 6500 K. The Die cast Aluminium IP66 enclosure provides excellent Protection against water entry, dust and humidity. d) Street light Post:- GI- Class-B (ISI norms) Pole height 5.5 m above the ground level and 1.5 m below the ground. Luminary shall be at least 5 m above the ground level. The G.I post must with 300mm x 300mm x 6mm MS base plate duly welded at the bottom and with concreting and construction on masonry pedestal.
