Replacement of faulty components of Fire fighting system in the campus of ALTTC at Ghaziabad.

Main Electric Fire Pump (Wet Riser System) Supplying , installation, testing and commissioning of horizontal centrifugal type, horizontal axially spilt casing multi stage pump with bronze impeller capable of discharging 2280 lpm of water at 88 meters head to give 3.5 Kg/Sq cm pressure at topmost Hydrant point. Pump shall be of , directly coupled to totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) squirrel cage A.C. induction, motor of 75 HP Capacity, 1450 RPM to operate on 3 phase, 415 V,50 Hz A.C. with 'F' class insulation, both the pump and motor are to be erected on common M.S. base plate of required size with foundationbolts, coupling guards and anti-vibration rubber pads etc. complete as reqd.

3. Jockey Pump (Wet Riser System) Supplying of JOCKEY PUMP (End suction) Suitable for discharging 180 lpm at 88 Mtr. Head to give 3.5Kg/Sq cm pressure at topmost hydrant point. Pump shall be of 2900 RPM single stage with Bronze impellor (C-40) shaft and directly coupled to 10 HP, 2900/3000 RPM Motor 'F' class (TEFC) insulation squirrel cage induction motor working on 3 ph. 415 A.C. Both pump and motor are to be mounted on common base plate of required size with foundationbolts, coupling guards and anti-vibration rubber pads etc. complete as reqd.

4. Supplying and fixing of fire fighting RRL hose pipe of 63 mm dia confirming to IS-636, ISI marked in 15 meter length fitted with male and female Gun Metal coupling etc. complete as required.

5. Supplying and fixing of Gun Metal branch pipe for RRL hose pipe of 63 mm dia confirming to IS-903-1993 etc. complete as required.

6. Supplying and fixing of wall mounting swinging Hose reel drum as per IS:884 and fitted with 20mm dia x 30 mtr long high pressure thermoplastic hose pipe as per IS:444 with shut-off Nozzle and necessary M.S. bracket for holding hose reel drum fitted in position, with one coat of red oxide primer on both side, two coat of P.O. Red enameled paint complete as reqd.

7. Supplying and fixing of 20mm dia x 30 mtr long high pressure thermo plastic hose pipe as per IS:444 with shut-off Nozzle of size19 mm dia on the existing hose reel drum etc. complete as reqd.

8. Supply and fixing of 150 mm dia sluice gate walve along with dome body, wedge rings bronze/gunmetal seat, spindle , gland packing, flanges , gasket, nuts & bolts, fastners etc. complete as required.

9. Supply and fixing of follwing size of C- class MS heavy duty pipe for fire fighting system i/c cutting, welding, threading nuts & bolts, gasket etc. in ground i/c excavation and providing cement concrete blocks for support, anti corrosive treatment with coaltar/asphalt tape, refilling the trench complete as required.(a) 150 mm MS pipe

(b) Flange 150 mm dia

10.Supplying & laying / fixing of the following size copper conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade on srface/ wal etc complete as reqd.(a) 4 core x50 sqmm

(b) 4 core x 6 sqmm

11.Supplying and Making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade etc. as required.(a) 4core x50 sqmm.

12. Supply an fixing of Pressure gauge for measuring the water pressure in the existing fire fighting pipe line i/c testing etc complete as required.
