Civil Works:- Higher charge of erection, fitting & fixing of steel tubular structure (Hanger) made with 50 mm dia M.S. Tube Truss framed with lines at top and bottom in curved manner of different sizes with 1.20m and 2.40m section fixing with 6mm thick M.S. plate joint in both faces and providing diagonal cross bracing in between the pipes of 25mm dia of 2 Nos. and 8 Nos. respectively fitted the frames with one another bolting with 50mm long,16mm dia bolts & nut the lower most frame to be fixed on a base plate (1.20m x 0.40m x 0.012m) the truss of height 8.00m to be place at an interval of 3.00m with 50mm dia M.S. Tube purlins 40 Nos. horizontaly to cover 32.00m curvatures length alongwith the truss with bolt & nut including carriage of materials at site and removing the same after the function is over as directed and specified and complete (All the materials are contractor's property)

Construction of Pandal made with Bhaluka Bamboo post 100mm to 150mm dia and sal bali post of various length from eve point to ridge point driven atlesat 90cm. For soil boil post & 75cm for Bhaluka bamboo posts on the ground with jati bamboo roof base as per drawing type with coir rope including jati bamboo brasing alternative post sal timber bali posts one to be provided in two middle rows at 4.55m apart and Bhaluka bamboo post in other at 3.00 apart. The jati bamboo rafter should be fixed at ground as directed and specified and dismantling the Pandal after the function within three days time. (The bamboo & cior rope etc. will be contractors propoerty) work to be executed as directed by the Department. Pandel made with Bhaluka bamboo post with eve height 4.20m & ridge height 13.70m.

Fitting and fixing PVC fire resistant tarpaulin over the steel roof truss frame and plastic rope netting and typing the tarpaulin with plastic rope with the frame including carriage of materials at site and removing the same after the function as directed and specified. (All the materials are contractor's property)

Kutchi design cloth decoration in ceiling of the Pandel and side decoration of the pandal with kutchi design cloth both side and inside and outside removal of the same after the function. (All the materials are contractor's property)

Construction of stage of 2.00m high with 50mm dia steel pipe, fixing with cross pipe with bolt and nuts, the posts are at a distance of 1.20m apart and the plateform with 25mm thick plywood board over the frame, fixing with bolt and nuts including steel frame staircase as directed by the department. (The materails are contractors property)

Construction of view cutters made of tricolour cloth fixed to bamboo frame and wooden post etc. & removal of the same after the function including all carriage the bamboo & wooden beads cloth will be contractor's property after the demolishing CC floors of various thickness including top layer and base course and disposal of debris as directed for all levels function for which salvage value is considered.

Construction of wooden flooring including, fitting & fixing to wooden frame (size 0.15x 0.35) & 19mm thick ply board with necessary nail, screws etc. and ply board are contractors property which salves value is considered as per analysis)

Hiring and installation of Printed Carpet (New) for Stage, VVIP Lounge and Back Stage & Public Seating i.e. entire hanger area including the staircases.

Hiring and installation of Printed & Grass Carpet.

Hiring and placing of adequate number of Sofa for the VIP and VVIP sitting & dining spaces. (For 3 Days)

Hiring and placing of adequate number of Buffet tables with Frills for the VIP and VVIP dinning spaces (For 3 Days)

Hiring and placing of adequate number of Round tables with Frills and table top for the VIP and VVIP dinning spaces (For 3 Days)

Proper arrangement of Head tables to be made for VIP and VVIP sitting area. (For 3 Days)

Supply and decoration for stage / dais, VIP and VVIP Lounge with natural flower decoration including carriage complete.
