Comprehensive Consultancy services for preparation of layout plan including external development works, landscaping, obtaining approval/clearances from various statutory authorities, preparation of preliminary and detailed architectural drawings, structural design & drawings preparation of DPR, Estimates and Tender Documents including internal services drawings for Water Supply , Sanitary installations, Drainage, E&M services viz., interior designing for Construction of Type A Kandriya Vidyalaya at Kamakhya Nagar, Champua and Murgabadi, Odisha.

Preparing of conceptual layout plan (minimum three options for each site), presenting the conceptual plans to main client and getting it approved from main client. Preparation of detailed site and floor layout plan including external development works, landscaping. Obtaining approval/clearances from various statutory authorities with green buildings provisions for minimum 4 star GHAR rating, Preparation of Preliminary and Detailed Architectural drawings, submission of vetted Structural design & drawings, Preparation of DPR, Estimates and Tender Documents including internal services drawings for Water Supply, Sanitary Installation, Stormwater and sewer Drainage, E&M services viz. Firefighting and Fire-alarm System, Lift, Interior designing including showcasing teaching board, cupboards, desks arrangements, Electrical Installation, LAN/CCTV including all works as given in section I etc., for Construction of Type A Kendriya Vidyalaya at Kamakhya Nagar, Champua and Murgabadi , Odisha with facility of Academic building, Type V , Type III and Type II residential Blocks complete in all respect as per direction of E-in-Charge.
