Labour charge for filling of sand bags of size 0.90 m ×0.50 m to attain minimum filled up volume of 0.038 Cum with filled up size of 0.80 m × 0.40 m × 0.12 m, laying and pitching of the earth filled sand bags including excavation and borrowing earth, breaking clods, filling in bags and supplying and stitching the mouth with jute sutli, etc. complete as directed. (Sand bags will be supplied by the department free of cost).For borrowing earth from a distance up to 30 m.

Labour charge for filling of empty cement bags to attain minimum filled up volume of 0.028 Cum with filled up size of 0.7 m × 0.40 m × 0.10 m, laying and pitching of the earth filled cement bags including excavation and borrowing earth, breaking clods,filling in bags and supplying and stitching the mouth with jute sutli, etc. complete as directed.(Cement bags will be supplied by the department free of cost). For borrowing earth from a distance up to 30 m.

Construction of whole bamboo single palisading with matured Bhaluka bamboo posts 7.5 cm to 10 cm dia., 15 cm clear apart 1.50 m to 1.80 m above ground and 1.00 m to 1.20 m below ground with Bhaluka bamboo inclined struts placed at 1.5 m a part tied with three rows of horizontal half Jati bamboo kamies etc. complete as directed.(Using Bhaluka Bamboo at the rate of 10.14 nos./Rm & Jati Bamboo at the rate of 2.40 nos./Rm)

Earth work in embankment by manual means by truck carriage in ordinary/normal soil excluding sandy and rocky soil free from roots & vegetation and stacking in regular measurable stacks at suitable places including clearing debris, breaking clods up to 4 cm cube, etc. complete as directed. (12.50 % deduction will be made from measured quantities on account of shrinkage) For initial lead up to 1 Km and for all lifts.

Spreading of earth stacks over the crest and slope of embankment and places as directed in uniform layer of 22 cm. thick including breaking clods, dressing, ramming etc. complete where necessary including dressing of the embankment,etc. complete as directed.
