MTPS I MP AC Plant Providing additional air diffusers and return air grills in air conditioning main air duct and fabrication and erection of new duct connected with existing main air duct for FSSS DCS room in Unit II etc

Charges for fabrication of air duct using 1mm GI Sheet of size 0.9mx0.8m for providing new air diffusers and return air grills in air-conditioning main air duct for FSSS DCS room in Unit-II and Generator relay panel in Unit-II & Unit-III (1 mm thick GI Sheet will be contractor scope). This work involves Sheet cutting, bending, folding’s, drilling holes in the flanges.

Charges for fabrication of spool piece for fixing Supply air diffuser size dia. 580mm in newly providing ducts.

Charges for dismantling the perforated particle board ceiling carefully for reuse the same location, removing the main duct insulation including lead lift etc., complete.

Charges for opening the bottom portion of the main duct for connect the down comer spool piece with aluminum beading for fixing the diffuser between the main duct and the perforated particle board false ceiling.

Charges for erection the newly fabricated duct with necessary fastening arrangement to connect with already existing main duct for FSSS DCS room in Unit-II and Generator relay panel in Unit-II & Unit-III in appropriate manner.

Charges for fixing Supply air diffuser size dia. 580mm directly in the down comer spool piece with aluminum beading for fixing the diffuser between the main duct and the perforated particle board false ceiling for conditioning air circulation to desired space in the appropriate manner.

Charges for removing diffusers and providing dummy in the existing main air duct and supporting the ‘with angle size 35 x 35 x 5 mm of length two metre on the existing structure to support with MS rod 8mm & anchor bolt 10 mm as required in the newly providing ducts.( M.S Angle, rod will be contractor scope).

Charges for insulation of supply air duct with 50mm thermo cole slab after applying coal tar paint or bituminous compound over entire area of new fabricated duct and then surrounded with aluminum foil sheet . (thermocole slab ,bituminous compound/ coal tar paint aluminum foil sheet will be contractor scope

Re-fixing the existing perforated particle board as fall ceiling with anodized aluminum grid dismantled from Unit control Board room –II & III lead lift etc., complete

Charges for removing the damaged wool matters, and hessian cloth insulation in the ceiling roof of the service building AHU room and arresting good condition roof insulation with fasteners by providing scaffolding arrangements
