Demolition of brick work in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashler facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling framed work timber scantlings 40sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling in fillets, rails posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sqrcm in section un framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters;purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting platesconforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

S&F False Ceiling Horizontal level regular edge grid 600 x600 mm from work using hot dip sections and fixing tiles vinyl laminated MPL gypsum panels size 595x595x6 to 8mm thick after lamination, suspended the grid with grid hangers to Roof Truss / RCC Slab all as per manufactured instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets fixed with L-type or J-type or crankd hook bolts in roofs, complete all as spd and directed

S & F Pre - Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel 0.50 mm thick of any colour as directed by AGE(I) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel 0.50 mm thick for ridge cover of any colour as directed by AGE(I) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.63mm plain galvalised mild steel sheet for ridge cover of any size as directed by AGE(I), fixed with self tapping screws or J- type hook complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick masonary wall surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonary finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash on wall complete.

S & F Second class hard wood in scantling in clean sawn etc complete all as specified and directed.(Fe 410-W Gde E-250 Quality A)

M & L preparing new wooden surface of any description, not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth , not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and as directed.
