Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) including floor tiles of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Shape of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, sub base, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Approved sand suitable for filling in floors shall be brought by the contractor from outside MD land.

M&L for precast cement concrete solid blocks type B1 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded stone aggregates) exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 as in repairs, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and from any position not otherwise provided for in this Schedule (BOQ), complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as for fixing of MS Angle finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to mild steel fencing posts, any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel nibs, pins etc complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

Restraining & resecuring existing galvanized steel barbed wire including making good staples etc specified & as directed.(each line wire to be measured).

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of 10 gauge of mesh wire, mesh size 100x100mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flat iron, round tie bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F mild steel round bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape as directed and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm but not exc 10cm long and dia of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel work as in angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) and similar works conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for two coats of synthectic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer over new steel surface & iron surface of any description, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for one coat of synthectic enamel paint over old painted surface over 10cm in width or girth , not otherwise described, complte, all as specified & as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, errazzo etc on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on surfaces other than fair face of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
