Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description including (below or above ground level), not exc. 15 cm thickness, including removal of rubbish from site, complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 75mm thick type C-2, 1:3:6, (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, including removing the rubbish from site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes, completed all as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates,as in sub-base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates,as in sub-base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade and pointed with grey cement and no pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors as in cushioning to interlocking paver block, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed atone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar (portions to be demolished), complete all as directed.

M&L Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm broken stone or boulders , deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all specified and directed

M&L, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished to drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement including forms, mould mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for 25 mm grith or part thereof over or under 30 cm inner girth for item No 18 above in cement concrete complete as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate as in coping. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, 300mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars complete all specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, 450mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars complete all specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) to bed of drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes, after they are laid and tested for 450 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed

S&F Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, as for ornamental and intricate design gates side hung, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc confirming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for granite 18-20mm (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm screed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) in CM 1:6 using 20mm graded aggregate in cover slab complete all as specified and directed.

Use & Waste of Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips , complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. in hard/dense soil.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance exc.50 Mtr and n.exc. 100 Mtr and deposited as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
