M&L for sub-main wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm unsheathed PVC insulated, single core heavy duty ISI Marked FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing capping of suitable size and fixing accessories should be concealed/fixed to wall/roof/floor and including suitable PVC casing capping with 4 sqmm copper earth wire after taking out the existing sub-main wiring, making good to the disturbed surfaces also matching the existing surfaces all as specified and directed. Note: 2 runs of cable and one run earth wire and conduit/casing Capping will be measured as one length. Three run of 4 Sq mm and PVC conduct/ Casing capping is measured as one Run or one Meter.

Supply , install, testing and commisioning of invertor type ductable air conditioning system , of capacity miniumum 7.5 TR ,comprissing of indoor and outdoor unit with invertor compressor of capacity miniumum 7.5 TR capacity with R-410A Gas as refrigerant complete all as specified and directed with following items :- (i) CPVC drain piping of size 32mm from indoor units till nearest drain points with necessary bends and fittings as per site requirement. (ii) MS Stand for Outdoor ductable unit duly painted with two coats of red oxide over a coat of black synthetic enamel paint as per site requirement . (iii) Cable of size 4Cx 2.5 Sqmm from outdoor unit to indoor unit as per recemmendation of OEM as required at site. (iv) Power cable of size 4C x 10 Sqmm from nearest power source to outdoor unit as per recemmendation of OEM as required at site. (v) Open and closed cell nitrile rubber for acuastic insulation of thickness 10mm for insulation of copper tubing from outdoor unit to indoor unit as per site requirements. (vi) GI volume control dumper of suitable size as per recommendation of OEM and as required at site. (vii) Grills with collar damper of suitable size as per recommendation of OEM as as required at site. (viii) Fire retardent flexible canvas connection as per recommendation of OEM and as required at site. (ix) Installation of factory made GI Duct of size 24G/22G with angle flanges / support , joints , gasket , bolts & nuts etc compete all as per recommendation of OEM and approved by accepting officer . Make : Blue Star Model No DSAI-961R3B or equivalent in Hitachi / Lloyd/LG. Note : (i) Contractor has to submit the layout drawings of Ducts as per recommendation of OEM and get approval of same before commisioning of plant from Accepting officer. (ii) Cotractor has to carryout nitrogen pressure test after commisioning of plant and has to submit the test report to EIC duly signed by rep of OEM. (iii) Necessary PCC Work required for fixing of stand including making holes in wall deemed to be included in quoted rate nothing extra will be paid to the contractor for this. (iv) Quoted deemed to be inclusive of complete dismantling of existing UNSV ductable air conditioner (indoor/ Outdoor Unit), transporting and depositing to MES store yard. (v) The work shall be got executed (installed and commissioned) by the authorized representative of manufacturer. The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of this provision.
