Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep, utilising and filling the available excavated earth from nearby excavated soil for fill to get line, level, slope etc. ramming and watering and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. in all kinds of soil.

Providing and fixing PVC meadium class (6 kgf pressure) pipe in position of required dia, with required fittings & accessories including cutting to the required length etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead

PART 'B" Any unforeseen item not covered above, executed from CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates 2018 upto a base value of Rs. 1,50,000/- Hint: Bidder is supposed to quote rate for this item in column (green) at value which is at a certain percentage above or below the rate of DSR 2018. For e.g. if the estimated rate is Rs.1,50,000/- then bidder should quote rate of Rs. 1,65,000/- incase he intends item in this part to be paid at the rate of 10% above DSR 2018 or Rs. 1,35,000/- incase he intends item in this part to be paid 10% below the DSR 2018 The value given in the rate for this item shall be used to derive the rate to be paid for the item from DSR 2018
