Disconnecting existing tanks (exc 250& n exc 500 ltr) setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, Cleaning etc and hosting if required reconnecting and re fixing in position(cleaning repairing etc measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto - all as above item No 1 but for (exc 500 & n exc 1000) ltr tank.

M&L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks (500ltr) and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto - all as above item No 3 but for 1000 ltr tank.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level (incl cutting reinforcement and removing the rubbish to a distance n exc 100 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor for paving’s n.exc 15cm thickness (below are above ground level) and removing the rubbish to a distance n exc 100 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) in copings, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using( 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/foot path finishing cement concrete even and fair incl filling the expansion joints with sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old 110/75 mm bore PVC(SWR)/ cast iron pipes in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap plain with greting incl jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on surfaces fair faces of brick work and surface finished even and fair without using extra cement mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint incl preparation of new surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Asbestos Cement/CGI (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, 150 mm bore, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (½ round or ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L for cleaning roof surface such as grass, soils etc as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L taking out roots of trees penetrated through valves/concrete surfaces etc upto a depth of 600mm by chieseling , demolition of brick work , concrete work and pouring concentrated acids/Dr fixit chemicals upto the depth of roots and making good the disturbed portion.

M&L for cleaning and removing of all slit, dirt, mud etc from inside the surface drain at any size and depth by manually or mechanically at various places complete all as specified and directed. Note: All items including (with men and material) should be necessary for this work will be arranged by the contractor).

M&L for cleaning the top surface of concrete and providing water proofing treatment with polymeric water proofing memberane not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm of approved make test to be carried out from national test hous/Govt lab ,for all makes, including priming the surface by applying bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg/sqm and applying the surface by blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm & applying water proofing memberane( with 10 cm. overlaps )and applying the surface by blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and painting bituminuos aluminium paint @ 100gm/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rolled MS sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like including door frames/chowkats, roof trusses Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates of grade Fe 410-W (Gde E-250), etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 50,065.00
