Road Work Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetations, grass, bushes, shurbs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used etc. complete including cost. , conveyance, royalty, Cess & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam IRC Grade-III (53mm to 22.4mm) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 404 of MoRD by manual means including all labour, T&P and cost, conveyance, royality, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges, Cess & taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushed and finally dusting with old gunny bags and /or compressed air to receive bituminous including all labour, T&P, Cess articles required for the work etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying primer coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 4 Kg per 10 Sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with mechnial broom as per technical specification Clause 503 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 3 Kg per 10 Sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with mechnial broom as per technical specification Clause 503 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of speficied grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works and all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royality, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges, Cess, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard soilincluding hard moorum, stony earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rock & boulders requiring blasting) with all leads & lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads & lifts including cost of all labour, Cess & T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete including cost conveyance, royalty, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty, Cess & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry includinghoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where neCessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty including hire & running charges of machineries T&P required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and Cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge

Providing, laying and fixing of factory made chamfered "Interlocking Concrete Paver Blocks" of M-40 grade & 80mm thick of approved shades confirmed to IS:15658-2006 specification over compacted sand bed course of 40mm laid over the properly graded and finished WBM using sand of gradation confirming to Clause-4.4 & 6.5.1 of IRC:SP-63-2004 with uniform moisture content of 6 to 8 per cent (the sand should not be too wet nor too dry) and spread with the help of screed boares and compacted by Plate Vibrator weighing 0.60tonne or more to acheive a compacted thickness of 40mm & local correction, if any required is to be done either by adding or removing the sand followed by further levelling and compacting and filling the gaps between paver blocks (about 3 to 4mm) with dry sand by brooming (the gradation of the filling dry sand should be as per clauses-6.5.2 of IRC:SP:63-2004) including cost, conveyance, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty Cess, taxes & technical specification Clause 1501 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
