Taking down the old unserviceable LT pannels with all connected controls with capacitors, metering equipments, etc complete after dismantling/taking out of all incoming and outgoing cables all as specified and directed.

Supply , install, testing and commissioning (after reconnecting of all incoming and outgoing cables) of cubical housing cabinet type LTpanel of size 1500 mm ((H) x 1000 mm (B) x 600 mm (D) indoor type, platform mounted factory made, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof openable from both front and rear side made out of 2 mm thick CRCA (Cold Rolled Cold Annealed) MS Sheet, Powder coated, CPRI approved and built upon 50 x 50 x 6 mm size angle iron frame work , having front and rear hinged doors, lifting locks (2 Nos) , earthing strips at rear side , bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc plated and passivated nut, bolts , spring and washers. The cabinet and all members should be chemically treated with MSR solution for anticorrosive treatment. Necessary foundation work as required at site and comprising following:- Note : (i) Quoted rate deemed to include for necessary earth work, PCC foundation mounting bolts and nuts as spcified and directed by Engr-in-chare.(ii) Bimetal sheet (one side copper and other side aluminium) to be used for connecting the Aluminium lugs with copper busbar.

BUS BAR : Electrolytic grade high conductivity TP&N solid copper bus bars, rated 1600 amps supported at required intervals sleeved with heat shrinkable PVC sleevings. The bars shall be colour coded at required intervals for identification - 04 Nos

Supply laying in existing trenches/cable ducts and testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric heavy duty 1100V grade with aluminium conductor of size 300 Sqmm X 3½ core. Note : Quoted rate deemed to include for fixing cable ends to panel/transformer/APMC panel etc with suitable aluminium lugs / bimetal sheet lugs as required and as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
