SCH 'A' - Part-I (B/R Work)

Surface excavation n .exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide, n.exc1.5m deep, n.exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches exc 1.5m deep, n.exc 10sqm on plan and part thereof in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance and exceeding 1.5KM and depositing where directed at a distance not exceeding 5Km above the starting point all as specified and as directed

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor & foundations and sand cushioing etc with sand , including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of in foundation, filling and mass concrete, sub-base to flooring, Type D2, 1:4:8 ( 40 mm graded aggregate ) complete all as specifed and directed

Providing and laying in position site batched design mix for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (20mm graded Aggregates) in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinthbeams, bases for columns, etc, basement slab, under rimmed piles and mass concrete.work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement complete all as specifed and direcetd

NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 1.08 TO 1.10:- The Design mix shall be carried out as per Latest IS code and SSR specification. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of design mix from Govt Institute/lab/IIT/NIT/ Zonal test lab/Command Test lab. The cost of materials for mix design and testing including conveyance shall be borne by the bidder. The bidder shall first get approval of design mix from GE before execution of RCC work.

M& L for 6 to 8 mm Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing cracking, bending soirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securong with clips complete all as specifed and directed.

M& L for 5 to 10 mm in striuups Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing cracking, bending soirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securong with clips complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and Labour for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 marble chipping 5 to 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water (mixed with H2SO4 @ 5% scrubbing and washing shall continue till the stone chipping are sufficiently exposed to its natural colour) to expose the stone chippings complete all as specifed and directed (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

S&F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire fencing with 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to RCC/steel posts (nibs) including securing or tying at crossings with and provisions of galvanised MS wire staples or steel pins,etc as directed (each line wire to be measured).

M&L for Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described over red oxide zinc chrome primer incl preparation complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of angle iron of any description as in fencing post and Struts complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of barbed wire fencing of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick work built in CM of any description complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The quoted rate shall be inclusive of arrangments for barricading to avoiding any security threat uoto full height of 3 mtr at least . The barricading shall be as per standard engineering practice and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and GE.

Demolition and dismantling of stone slab and tiles paving of any description or thickness laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directd.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with Grey cement and pigment conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness , M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contractor shall submit the Manufacture test report at the time of Sample approval.

Fixing only old interlocking paver block obtained from dismantled, over sand Cushioning as specified and as directed. Note:- Payment of sand cushioing shall be made in respective item.

M&L for precast cement concrete type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone with plain fair faces, including chamferring etc and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
