M&L for removal of existing treatment by taking out loose/ spalled out waste material by chiselling chippings etc from beam, wall, columns, band, ceiling etc. including form work and providing steel wire fabric mesh of size 75mm X 75mm of dia 3.15mm fixed by L shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement and providing 50mm avg. thick concrete (1:1.5:3) type Ao using graded stone aggregate of 10mm maximum size mixed with polymeric admixture with pressure nozzle (guniting) and finishing the surface in CM (1:3) surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and removing the debris outside MD land complete all as specified. Note:- Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of all form work and scaffolding or other T&P required to make up proper shape and size of columns/ Pillars, beam and wall partition etc.

Cutting or uprooting grass incl removing old mud phuska/ roof treatment of 75mm avarege thickness removing rubbish off the premises, cleaning surface and preparing to receive new treatment complete as specified.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of cemnt mortar 1 : 4, 20mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete as specified.

M&L for preparing surfaces for roof treatment by removing all loose gravel, dirt, oil, grease and foreign matter by jet of dry air and clean the surfaces mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application, provide 75 mm x 75 mm covering made out of PMC mortar as above on all joints of vertical upstands to ensure does not exceed 5% immediately before application of liquid membrane. Material incorporation & Protection be provided, applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having sun reflectivity index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @ 10.76 ltr/10Sqm with 1st coat applied in water ratio (ratioi elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane water will be 3:1) on primer, after 1st coat is completely dry become slightly darker than apply 2nd coat with undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquied in criss-cross direction with roller.Spread glass fibre mesh reinforcement of 1mm thickness with overlap of 50mm in both direction when the surface is still tacky. After drying of 2nd coat completely applying the final coat of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid in direction perpendicular to previous coat. The min thickness of dry film of complete application should not be less than as recommended by manufacture the overall dry thickness should not be in any case less than 1.5mm complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) complete as specified.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path laid in panel surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type B-2, 1 : 2 : 4 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, pavings etc and finishing even and smooth ( without using extra cement ) complete as specified.

M&L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick masonary or concrete surface of wall, finished even & smooth, without using extra cement, including taking down, raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc of cement plaster, complete as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC on fair faces of brick wall, finished even & smooth, without using extra cement , including taking down, raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc of cement plaster, complete as specified. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.
