Bed Hard 6' x 3' (MAP) (FD/E6/MAP/ 08 (R) (a) Frame work (Rails, Legs, Head board & Foot board frame, Leg Stiffeners): shall be of MS pipe (square/ rectangular cross-section) 18 gauge thick of size(s) as indicated on the drg. (b) Head Board & Foot Board: 18mm thick both face pre-laminated particle board of shade/colour as approved by the GE screwed to MS strip arc welded to MS pipe. (c) Plywood Bed Top: 12mm thick ply wood commercial veneered on both side (unpolished) shall be supported on 4 Nos 25mmx25mm square MS pipe 18 gauge. (d) Finish: All steel surfaces/members shall be powder coated in approved colour/shade. (e) Mattress indicated on the drawing is outside the scope of this tender. (f) Rest all as per drawing.

Chair Dining (MAP) (FD/MAP-II/05) All as per drawing and specification timber all wood work shall be of first class hard wood (teak). PVC sheet 4x10mm thick ribs moulded alongwith sheet in single piece. PVC seat 4mm thick with hold and wt of the PVC seat is not less than 0.50 Kg. Ring hard PVC 20mm dia shall be screwed to the bottom of the leg. Polishing all exposed wooden surface shall be french polished glossy finish. Nylon buffers shall be used bottom of legs. Rest all as shown on the drawing.

Sofa set (5 Seater Cushioned) (MAP) (FD/MAP-II/02) (a) All wood work shall be of first class hard wood teak. (b) The sofa set five seater consists of one large piece or couch to seat three persons and two small pieces to seat one person each. Seat back shall be 12 mm thick commercial plywood fixed with screws. (c) Cushions (for seat and back): 100mm thick polyurethane foam cushion of density 32 of approved make covered with up-holstry fabric of approved quality, texture and shade of rate not less than Rs 300/- per metre. (d) Finish: All teak wood surfaces shall be treated with two coats of Frensh polish over a coat of wood filler after necessary preparation to surfaces. (e) Rest all as per drg.

Almirah Large steel with shelves (FD-1031) All as shown on drg. Overall size shall be 920mm long, 485mm wide and 1985 mm high. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel base made in U shaped with ends covered. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of the length 920mm h and shall be upto full width of 485mm and shall be 1100mm high. Top, sides, bottom and back of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. four shelves equally spaced 1mm thick mild steel sheet shall be provided to make five components. Front shutter shall have two leaves of equal size. One chromium plated handle with a locking device shall be provided as shown on drg. The locking device shall be three way locking device. Front Shutter leaves shall have three butt hinges of 75mm fixed to each shutter and shall be side hung. All joints and welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship. All steel surfaces internally and externally exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of steel surfaces wherever working of painting shall be feasible. Painting shall be done with spray machine.

Table 900x600x760mm with out drawer (FD - 284) All as shown on drg. Overall size shall be 900x600x760mm high. All wood shall be of Ist class hard wood teak. Legs shell be 60x30mm in sec throughout and 741mm high, four in Nos joined together in front, back and sides with top rails 20x60mm in sec provided flush with top of legs. At bottom, 100mm high from bottom, side wooden lower rail of 20x60 mm in sec shall be provided in short sides joining legs in short sides, 5x5mm in sec groove shall be provided in legs at top of legs in portion visible to view when placed in position. The top shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board teak face. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided all around the edges of top of table. The top of table shall be flush with legs and there shall be on projection on any sides. A wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high gloss finish. Hard rubber/PVC shoes of 25mm dia and 25mm high shall be screwed to bottom of all legs.

Table Bed side steel (FD-157) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 600mm long, 380mm wide and 760mm high, Legs shall be of 25mm square, mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm and 130mm high (four in numbers). All steel shall be of mild steel. Sheet of 1mm thick mild steel shall be provided as shown on drawing. Bottom and middle shelves shall be of 1mm thick sheet made to shape as shown on drawing. Sides and back shall be of 1mm thick irrespective of what is shown on drawing. Front shutter of compartment shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet hinged with two butt hinges of 50mm size. Front shall have two louvers 95mm wide, 25mm dia brass chromium plated knobs shall be provided in front for having a closing device as shown on drawing. Top of table bed side shall be made of both face prelaminted particle board 18mm thick having PVC lipping alround as per trade pattern. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Hard rubber/PVC shoes shall be provided to the bottom of all legs.

Almirah small ½ hanging ½ shelving (FD-1034) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 765mm long. 440mm wide and 1270mm high. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel channels shape with ends covered and welded to bottom of almirah. Mild steel sheet for channel base shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 765mm length. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. A partition in the center of almirah shall be provided vertically with 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Three shelves, equally spaced, of 1mm thick mild steel sheet shall be provided in one half towards left hand side. One shelf on right hand side shall be provided matching with top shelf of left hand side with 1mm thick mild steel sheet. 60mm below top shelf shall be provided with 20mm dia chromium plated steel conduit pipe of wall thickness 1.25mm and shall have sockets at both ends. Front shutter shall have two leaves. A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall be provided to shutter. A three way locking device shall be provided to front shutters. Each leaf of front shutter shall have two hinges of 75mm long butt hinged and shutters shall be side hung. All joints, welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of steel surfaces.

Chair dining CBB (FD-279) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 440mm long, 430mm wide and 890mm high, All wood shall be of first hard wood teak(MP), Front legs shall be 30mm x 55mm in section throughout up to 460mm high. Rear legs shall be 30mm x 55mm in section and 890mm high. The distance between outer side of legs in the rear shall be 405mm. The legs shall be joined with front, sides and rear rails made to shall be provided of 20mm x 25mm in section. One stiffener of 20mm x 25mm in section shall be provided in the middle of short stiffeners, joining short stiffeners. Back horizontal rests, two in numbers, of 45mm x 15mm made slightly, curved in shape out of 45mm x 35mm in section wood shall be provided one at 18mm below the top of rear legs and other below 45mm from the bottom of too horizontal rail. Caning shall be done without any joint in the cane. The cane shall be 2mm wide 0.4mm thick half round gola type of shah or premier brand and woven in Godrej pattern. The cane shall weight not less than 6gms per ten running. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high gloss finish. Hard rubber/PVC shoes shall be screwed to the bottom of all legs.

Chair visitor cushioned TP with Arms Padded (TP) Steel Chair visitor cushioned TP with arms padded best quality. All wooden work shall be first class. The top wooden seat shall have 20mm thick foam of 32 density over which a layer of 20mm cotton shall be placed and cover with the best quality hession cloth at top and bottom of wooden seat. Rexene cover shall be fixed over top and turned inside at bottom of wooden seat. All iron surface shall be painted with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint and stainless steel surface shall remain untreated. Design shall be as per sample available at BSO Yard. Make : Godrej/Nilkamal and its equivalent.

Stool revolving adjustable with cushion (FD-103/1026) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 510mm dia at bottom of legs level and 600mm high. Legs. Four in numbers, shall be of 25mm dia steel pipe with wall thickness as 1.6mm. Cast iron disc, two in numbers shall be provided as shown on drawing 25mm dia threaded steel bolt 255mm long with 6mm thick steel plate 100mm dia which forms the bottom of seat shall be provided all as shown on drawing. 12mm dia mild steel bar ring shall be provided at 150mm above bottom of legs. Seat shall be made of soft wood. A layer of coir shall be placed on soft wood which shall be covered with Hessian cloth of best quality. A layer of cotton 15mm thick shall be provided over it and this shall be covered with rexin cover. The seat shall be 300mm dia shall be provided as shown on drawing. All steel and iron surfaces shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces as directed by GE. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Hard rubber shoes of PVC shall be provided to bottom of legs.

Sofa Set 5 Seater in 03 Pieces ( 3+1+1) with cushions (FD-281) Sofa set to seat five Fd-281 - All as shown on drawing. The set consist of one long piece of three seat and two small pieces of one seat each. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak (MP). Legs shall be of 70mmx35mm in section made to shape as shown on drawing. Wooden arm shall be made to shape out of 35mmx70mm in section teak wood. Front and side rails shall be of 35mmx100mm in section teak wood. 40mmx40mm in section teak wood bearers shall be provided at the bottom of seat over which 50mmx20mm wooden battens. Twenty one numbers, shall be fixed equally spaced in the long piece meant to seat three. Back shall be made of frame of rails and styles of 70mmx35mm in section teak wood. The filling in the frame, thus made shall be done with 14 numbers teak wood battens of 50mmx20mm in section fixed equally spaced in the long piece meant to seat three. 30mmx50mm teak wood rail shall be provided between back legs to support back frame. 100mm thick cushion of ‘cool’ foam of 32 density covered with best quality tapestry cloth shall be provided at seat as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 100mm thick cushion of ‘cool’ foam of 32 density 530mmx500mm (three pieces) covered with best quality tapestry cloth shall be provided at back. Seven numbers 50mmx20mm in section teak wood battens shall be fixed equally spaced in single piece seat. Back shall be made of frame of rails and styles of 70mmx35mm in section teakwood. The filling in back frame of single piece shall be done with four numbers 50mmx20mm in section teak wood battens. The legs and the frame shall be made for single piece seat as provided for long piece to seat three. The seat and back shall be of 100mm thick cushion of 32 density of size 530mmx500mm. All wood surfaces exposed to view shall be french polished with lacquer finish.

Table bed side wooden (FD-276) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 450mm long, 230mm wide and 510mm high, side of table bed side shall be of 18mm thick particle board having teak veneer face on one side and commercial on other. Top shall be of 18mm thick particle board having teak veneer face on top. 6mm thick commercial plywood shall be fixed at the back of table bed side. 12mm thick shelf shall be provided at 100mm high from bottom. A shelf 12mm thick shall be provided at 179mm from top. 12mm thick shelves shall be of particle board with teak veneer surface on top and commercial on other side. 6mm thick plywood at back shall be fixed by making half notch in the 18mm thick particle board to a depth equal to thickness of plywood. The plywood shall be fixed with head less nails. The jointing of top and sides of 18mm thick particle board shall be done with mitred joint and fixed with screws. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided in the front of sides, top and shelves. All wood and particle board surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high gloss finish.

Table 3'x2' with drawer (FD-224) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 900mm long, 600mm wide and 760mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak(MP). Legs shall be of 55mmx55mm in section at top and 35mmx35mm in section at bottom and shall be joined together on sides and back by 25mmx110mm in section top rails. Fronts rail shall be of 19mmx110mm. Stiffeners of 25mmx40mm in section shall be provided at 100mm from bottom of legs joining legs in short sides. Long stiffeners of 25mmx40mm in section shall be provided in the middle of short stiffeners, joining short stiffeners at 100mm from bottom. A drawer shall be provided on the right side of table in the front top rails. The drawer shall be 300mm wide. Front of drawer shall have 19mm thick wooden plank. A partition of 6mm thick plywood, 75mm high and 300mm long shall be provided at 75mm from inside of front of drawer. A stiffener of 25mmx40mm in section shall be provided at the bottom of front top rail to support front top rail. Two numbers (one on each side of drawer) 25mm x 25mm in section track rails shall be provided in which a groove of 12mmx12mm in section shall made for sliding the guide rails of drawers in such a way that drawer runs smoothly. A knob as directed by Engineer-in-charge shall be provided to front of drawer, bottom of drawer shall be of 6mm thick plywood commercial, a guide rail of 12mmx20mm in section shall be provided on the right hand side of drawer towards the right legs side. 35mmx20mm in section fillet shall be provided for filling the gap between legs and drawer. Top shall be of one side teak veneer particle board 19mm thick projecting 50mm al-round the legs and top frame. All wood and teak veneer surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high gloss finish after preparation of surface as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
