Exhaust System
Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MS exhaust pipe class B of suitable size for 200 KVA exhaust line, as per manufacturer's recommendation with thermal insulation using mineral wool of density 48Kg/cm.sq and cladding with 0.8mm aluminium sheet for engine exhaust . The rate shall be inclusive of necessary, bends, flanges, flexible stainless steel bellows, gaskets, fixing of hospital silencer supplied along with the engine, MS angle iron supports for the pipe and the silencer, condensation removal plug, inspection point, welding arrangements as specified to suit the site conditions. The tenderer shall submit calculation along with the size offered for the DG set. exhaust manifolds of DG shall be fed to the DG Exhaust pipe . The end of the exhaust pipe shall have end cowl for protection from rain and bird screen. ( rate for MS material used for supporting the exhaust pipe outside the acoustic enclosure will be paid seperately) . the exhaust pipe inside the acoustic enclosure should be insulated with mineral wool with aluminium sheet cladding of sufficient dia to prevent heat radiation from exhaust. Supply & Fixing of Insulated Flexible Ducting
Factory Fabricated Insulated Flexible duct for connecting from main duct to diffuser box with Grip clamp. The length of the flexible duct shall be around 1.0 to 1.8 mtr
The flexible duct shall me made of triple lamination of aluminium foil, polyester and metalised polyester film permanently bonded to a coated spring steel wire helix. The exterior shal be wrapped with 25mm thick 16 kg / cum fibreglass insulation. The outer insulation jacket / vapour barrier made of fibreglass reinforced metalised polyester film laminate.

Auditorium - VRV Outdoor Units
Supply, Lifting, Installation, Testing & Commisioning of Inverter /Digital scroll compressor with Variable refrigrant system connectable to multiple indoor units. Outdoor unit shall be factory assembled weather proof casing constructed from heavy gauge mild steel panels. The unit shall be completely factory wired and tested with necessary controls and charged with refrigerant. The compressor shall be highly efficient scroll type. The aluminium fins of outdoor unit shall be covered with anti-corrosion resin. Unit shall be equipped with oil recovery system to ensure stable operation with long refrigrant piping. Units shall be tested and commissioned with additional refrigerant.The unit shall be compatible for Third Party BMS Integration. Neccessary relay card /soft integrator to be provided, Outdoor unit shall be provided with vibration isolators and firmly grouted to civil pedestals.

Supply of Indoor Units shall be Ducted Ceiling Suspended as specified. The indoor unit shall have independent electronic control valve to control the refrigrant flow rate respond to variations of the airconditioning load of the room. The fan shall be aerodynamically designed turbo multiblade type. Statically and dynamically balanced to ensure lowest noise. The cooling coil shall be made of seamless copper tube. The tube shall be hydrolically or mechanically expanded and tested for 21 Kg/cm2. Indoor units shall have prefilters and wireless remote control. With necessary supports for indoor units.

All piping inside the room shall be properly supported with hanger and all external piping shall run in covered cably tray.
