Rectification works to the damaged column and parapet wall above Sill Level upto 21m elevation in Outer Walls of Switchyard 2 Building in Power House 4 and 5 area

Clean removal of cement plaster and Providing Plastering with C.M 1:5, 12 mm thick including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete

Removing the spalled/ distressed concrete for an average thickness of 50mm including disposal of debris with a lead of 1km and roughening the surface thoroughly with Reebaklens fosroc acid/equivalent with all lead, lift, labour etc., complete.

Supplying, Cutting, bending & tying in position secondary reinforcement wherever necessary using GI weld mesh of size 75 x 50mm 10gauge to the existing concrete surface prepared as per specification including transporting, fabricating bending & tying in position as per the engineer at site including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Micro Concrete 75mm Thickness a) Applying One coat of Nito Zinc/equivalent primer after thorough cleaning of rust in the reinforcement rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. B) Providing fabricating and erecting slurry tight form work with plywood shutters with suitable supports, which do not deform due to micro concrete including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. C) Applying One coat of Nitobond AR mixed with cement slurry in the ratio of 1:1 over the concrete surface, including cost of all materials, labours lead lift etc., complete. d) Applying one coat of polymer modified Acrylic Emulsion (Nito bond AR or equivalent) on the finished concrete surfaces as a curing membrane including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. E) Applying DEKGUARD/ equivalent primer by spraying to the newly gunitted concrete surfaces as per manufactures specifications rate including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lifts etc., complete. F) Applying two coats of DEKGUARD S/ equivalent top coat to the exposed concrete surfaces by brush/roller coating continuously rate including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing RCC Patch up work for 50mm thick in RCC parapet wall which includes a) Chipping out the damaged RCC wall for an average depth of 50mm and cleaning the surface thoroughly free of all dusts and cleaning the debris away from site. B) Providing and fixing 75mm x 50mm (3mm thick) weld mesh in the damaged portions. C) Applying One coat of Nitobond AR mixed with cement slurry in the ratio of 1:1 over the concrete surface, including cost of all materials, labours lead lift etc., complete. D) Patch up work with RCC 1:1.5:3 for 50mm thick using 6 to 10mm jelly including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, tools, curing etc. complete.

Providing two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion (exterior walls) of first class quality paint & approved colour over a priming coat including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete .

Providing two legged scaffolding at an average height using 10-13 cm dia casuarina props, distance between two rows being 1.25m and spacing of posts being 2m in both rows, with two horizontal posts with 0.50m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with C.W Planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., complete using coir and nails.

Supplying and Providing water proof treatment over the existing roof slab with polymeric asphalt membrane sheet (4kg/cm2) constituting 7 layers with thermo fusible HM HDFE film one at top and other of bottom layer of this polymeric mix 1 layer of fibre glass tissue, 2 layers of polymeric mix on the top and bottom of 90 microns HM HDPE film, cracks on roof slab to be filled with cement based filter, laying of PAM sheets over a coating of 90/15 hot blown bitumen with 100mm over lap sealed by LPG flame torch further coated with oxides bitumen 90/15 and finally coated with aluminium coating and also extra attention should be given in roof / drain curve portion as per instruction of site Engineer including cost of all removing the existing damaged felt and cleaning the surface, labour, lead, lift, T & P etc complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of 160mm dia PVC pipe of 4 Kg/Sqm (ISI Mark) pressure Pipe approved dept Engineer with the necessary PVC specials, clamps, bolts & Nuts by replacing the existing damaged/ broken C.I. pipe water down fall pipes including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, tools etc., complete
