S&F Factory made powder coated aluminium sliding type window/ventilator (Triple Track type), fabricated with aluminium sections bottom track of size 92 x 31.75 x 1.6mm, side & top frame 92 x 31.75 x 1.4mm, top & bottom shutter rail with 39 x 17 x 1.4mm, outer style of size 39 x 17 x 1.4mm, interlock style of size 39 x 27 x 1.4mm of approved make according to IS (thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) with glazing clips, with and including 4mm thick sheet frosted glass for two shutters fixed with rubber gasket and SS wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm for wire mesh shutter fixed with aluminium beading, anodised aluminium fitting/fixture such as required number of rollers of suitable size, interlocking cleats/plates etc as required, complete all as specified. Note : Quoted rate shall be inclusive of frame, shutter, sheet frosted glass, SS wire mesh and hardware such as butt hinges, tower bolts, handles, locking arrangement etc, complete as required at site.

M&L for Machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20mm thick, as in flooring over with and including 20mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab, including cutting, waste, grinding, rubbing and polishing, with and including demolition of existing floor, complete all as specified.

S&F Machine cut kota stone slab 18-20mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado, laid over and including 15mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, rubbing and polishing, with and including demolition of existing skirting/dado, complete all as specifed and as directed.
