Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.WBM grade III 63 mm to 45 mm size (By mech. means)

Proving and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion ( RS – 1 ) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg to 0.30 kg per Sqm. On the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification clause 503. including entire carraige of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 25 mm (thirty milimetre) thick with 100-120 (one hunderd -one hundred twenty TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 (five point four to five point six) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 (five hundred nine) complete in all respects including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engneer in Charge.
