Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21,2021-22 2022-23 2023-24 & 2024-25 satisfactory completion as a prime contractor for at least one similar work such as Bore Well Drilling works of value not less than Rs 10.06 lakhs.

The contractor should own/hire/lease a borewell drilling rig registered with Karnataka Ground water authority, Bangalore and Form-7A issued by the competent authority to be uploaded

Latest copy of the Income tax clearance certificate & Sale tax clearance PAN and TAN Nos.

Last five years financial turnover achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil Engineering construction works only usually not less than the estimated annual payments under this contract.

To qualify for award of this contract each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21,2021-22 2022-23 2023-24 & 2024-25 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover In all classes of Civil Engineering Construction work of Rs. 20.12 Lakhs. Annual Turnover Certificate along with Balance sheet certified attested by Chartered Accountants should be uploaded with 18 Digits system generated unique number UDIN Number
