Amount

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling river sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick including well rammed, watered and with consolidated as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard pecifications.

Refilling the basement with excavated earth other than sand complying the Standard specification

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Five sand and Eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of steel to site and all labour charges for straightening, cutting to length, bending to shape and tying in position and forming grills for all R.C.C works.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal for all item of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centring and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof etc complete

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid) for Column and Footings

Brickwork in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Fabrication and supply & Delivery of MILD STEEL DOORS of the following Size with Double Leaf outer frame made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S.L angle and shutter frame made of 25x25x5mm equal M.S L angle for Horizontal and Vertical members and the shutter frame strengthened by stiffeners of 2 Nos horizontal, 3 Nos. diagonal for each shutter using MS flat of size 20x5mm fully covered with 18 gauge plain M.S full sheet welded with shutter frame neatly and also fixing by welding 6 Nos. of hold fasts made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S L angle , 2 Nos. of wind appliances, 3 Nos. of tower bolts,1 No aldrop, 3 Nos. of handles fixing the shutter with 6 Nos. of 6 inch hinges with outer frame of the door including painting the whole unit with one coat of best quality of red oxide primer for primary / Middle School building Door Size 1.20 x 2.10 m

Fabrication and supply of MILD STEEL WINDOW of the following size with Double Leaves outer frame made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S.L angle, mullion section made of 25x25x5mm equal T section, Shutter Frame made of 25 x 25 x 5mm equal M.S.L angle for Horizontal and Vertical members and the shutter frame strengthened by stiffeners of 2 No. Horizontal for each shutter using 25 x 25 x 5mm equal M.S. T section fully covered with 18 gauge plain M.S full sheet welded with shutter frame neatly and also fixing by welding protective grill with 12mm square M.S rods at an interval of not greater than 10cm centre to centre to the outer frame,4 Nos. of hold fasts made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S.L angle , 2 Nos. of peg stays with holes for keeping the windows open in different positions, 2 Nos. of locking handles, fixing the shutter with 4 Nos. of 4 inch hinges with outer frame of the window including painting the whole unit with one coat of best quality of red oxide primer for Primary Middle School building Window Size 1.20 x 1.30 m

Supply and fixing of Cuddappah Slab of 50 mm thick including labour for fixing etc.,Complete.

Supply and fixing of PVC Rain Dawn fall Pipe with Shoes,Bends,Clamps including Cost and Conveyance of all Materials and labour for fixing etc.,Complete.

Brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick jelly with slacked lime in the ratio of 32:12.5 including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing , laying ,and finishing etc complete

Terrace Floor finshed with one course of pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm with cement mortar 1:3 mix and pointed with the same oiled mortar including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers For ground floor

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. For all floors

Providing Granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete

Paving the floor with scrach proof Design ceramic tiles of any colour and 305x305x6mm size laid in CM 1:3, 20 mm thickand pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/Sq m mixed with colouring pigments to suit colour of the tiles including finishing etc., complete

Colour Washing with best oil bounded Distempering two Coats in to primer coat and two coats with oil bound distember over cement plasterd surface ceiling and other new surface and including clearing,preparing the surface and etc.,complete.

Painting two coat using readymixed emulsion paint of approved quality and colour over priming coat (New) including cost and all labour charges etc. complete

Painting two coats over new iron works using ready mixed enamel paint with one coat of red oxide primer including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete
