A. Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of balance distribution pipe network at various location

Supply, laying, Road Crossing, Culvert Crossing, Drain/ Nalla Crossing and commissioning of distribution pipe network by High Density polyethylene [ HDPE (PE100, 10kgf/ cm)] pipes including all specials confirming to IS 4984 as per CPHEEO specifications, including third party inspection, all taxes and duties, transportation, freight charges, loading and unloading, conveyance to the project site and stacking with cost of all labor and material , including excavation in trenches, dismantling of all type of pavements, sand bedding as required, backfilling of trenches and foundations with approved graded excavated materials and approved graded river sand as required including loading and unloading , Shuttering and shoring the earth at different levels in foundations where necessary with required prop, struts, planks, timbers, nails etc. including dewatering if necessary, complete for distribution system as per Technical Specifications per Employer's Requirements.for following pipe diameters.

Road crossing with MS. Pipe:- Providing, Fixing, Testing & Commissioning of Mild Steel Black Pipe (IS: 1239 Part - I) Heavy class including cutting, screwing, welding etc complete with all fittings (but welded) viz flanges, bends, tees, elbows,reducers etc including anti corrosive tape 4 mm thick (wrapping and coating) with black bituminated primer as per IS: 10221 complete as reqd. Approved make of pipes: Tata /Jindal / Nezone/Suriya.

Constructing masonry Chamber 120x120x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) , i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design bricks of class designation 7.5

Restoration of road hard crust / side bam for Bituminus Road/Paver Bolck Road/Matelic Road (repairing charges payable to PWD / local bodies, if any), including obtaining permission for laying of pipe line along / across any Govt. / Semi Govt./ Private property, and including payment of all Taxes & duties as applicable under rule, all complete, as directed and specified.

(B) Installation, Testing & commissioning of 63 KVA electrical sub station at Deep Tube Well Site.

Supplying, installation testing and commissioning of the following rating copper wound indoor/outdoor type transformer complete including the payment to be made to power supply authority for supervision charge, labour charge, cost of L.T/H.T metering etc. (excluding the cost of load security) and making necessary arrangement for charging approval of the sub-station from the competent authority as directed and specified by the department. Transformer should be as per CEA guidelines as ammended upto date upto200 KVA starrating upto 5 star,above 200 KVA as per CEA guidelines. 63 KVA, 50Hz. 11/0.433KV. Oil filled transformer with Off Circuit tap change for DTW

Supplying and erection of PSC pole 7.50 m long the pole, the pole is to be erected in 1:2:4 plain cement concrete foundation of size 1.50m X 0.45m x 0.45m having PCC base foundation 15cmx 60cmx 60cm including edge brick soling and plasttering above GL portion(0.30m) complete with excavation of earth, handling of surplus soil, debris etc. to the proper place and refilling etc. as specified and as directed by the department.
