SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (ROOF TREATMENT WKS) Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means incl disposal of material within 50 mtrs lead as per direction of Engr-in-charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying:- (a) After surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 Kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 Kg/sqm (b) Laying second layer of fiber glass cloth when the frist layer is still green. Over laps of joint of fiber cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) Third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken up to 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) Fourth and final layer of brick tilling with cement mortar which will be paid for separately.

Providing and laying in situ seven course water proofing treatment with APP modified polymeric membrane over roof consisting of first coat of bitumen primer which shall consist of bown type bitumen of grade 85/25 confirming to 5 th layer of roofing membrane modified 1.5 m thick of 2.25 kg/Sqm weight consisting of five layer prefabricated with centre core as 20 micro HMHDPE film sandwiched on both side with polymeric mixed is protected on both side with 20 micro HMHDPE film 7th the top most layer shall be finished with brick tile of class designation 10 grouted with cement mortar mixed with 2 % integral water proofing cement compound by cement cover a 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 finished neat (item or laying bricks tiles shall be paid for separately)

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION) Wiring for light point /fan point /exhaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5 sqm FRLS PVC insulted copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed existing conduit with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size MS Box and earthling the point with 1.5 sqm FRLS PVC as reqd (Group B)

Wiring for light/power plug with 2x4 sqm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed steel conduit along with 01 No. 4 sqm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthling as required.

Supply and fixing following Piano type switch/socket on the existing switch box/cover including connection etc as required 6 Pin 15/16 A socket outlet
