REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT TO OLD UNSERVICEABLE INTERNAL WIRING MCB AND DBs, METER BOXES AND CONNECTED ITEMS IN JCOs AND ORs ACCN AND DEFENCE CIVILIAN ACCN AT COLABA, MUMBAI

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum submain wiring complete including all fixtures such as switches, bulk head fittings, building security light fittings, plug socket boxes etc and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors with cement mortar and white/colour wash to match with existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Sub main wiring, with two run of 10 sq mm stranded copper conductor PVC unseathed FRLSH wire along with 10 sq mm green colour wire as earth contuinity conductor connected to common earth dolly including PVC FR heavy duty conduite of adequate size (not less than 25 mm dia) for housing the wires for from Pannel / Main DB to house SPN DB complete all as specified and directed. Note: Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB, Mode of measurement two runs of 10 sqmm cable and one run of 10 sqmm cable with PVC conduite shall be measured as one length.

Material and labour for point wiring, including rigid non-metallic PVC casing capping, 19/ 20 mm dia suitable size, cutting chases for sinking for concealed boxes for wiring with 1.5 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable single core, 1100 volts grade with flush type metal boxes suitable for fixing switches, sockets and fan regulator etc., white or any colour cover plate with brass screws and cup washers including PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm as an earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly as per IS specification and as specified in SSR Part-I complete for one light point controlled by one switch.

All as per item No. 4 above but One bell point controlled by one bell push complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing switch socket combination, 2/3 pin 5 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing switch socket combination, 6/16 A 2/3 pin complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs stepped type electronic fan regulator, 450 watt flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing bell push, 6 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Bell ding dong, in repair, AC, 230 volts, single pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose in repairs, surface bakelite 65 x 50 mm two to three terminals complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing surface mounted 10 watt, 6500K, LED tube light fitting in repair, mirror light fitting with lamp fixed including on pvc square for mounting the fittings and electrically connecting with three single core 23/0.0076. PVC insulated multi strandard copper flexible cable from ceiling rose to light fitting (connector block of lamp fitting) and one for earthing complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Wipro, Model No : Wipro Garnet 10W LED Batten or in equivalent model in Havells / Philips / OSRAM

Supply and fixing in repairs 20 watt LED, 6500 K, 4 feet long fixed including on pvc square for mounting the fittings and electrically connecting with three single core 23/0.0076. PVC insulated multi strandard copper flexible cable from ceiling rose to light fitting (connector block of lamp fitting) and one for earthing complete all as specified and directed. Make: Wipro Cat Part No : Wipro Garnet 20W LED Batten or equivalent model in Havells / Philips / OSRAM, sample as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in repairs decorative wall mounting fitting, working on 240 volts, 50 hz AC supply fittings comprising with stainless steel finish fixture including with opal glass diffuser and with led bulb of capacity 7 WATT complete all as specified and directed. Make : Philips cat part No 45617/17/66 or Havells cat part No LHFOECE1PZ18B014 or equivalent model in Wipro, sample as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in repairs LED building security light fitting 45 Watt, luminaire fixture in IP 66 protection level output of LED lamp efficiency minium 100 luman per watt after all losses, pressure die-cast aluminium housing LED Street light complete with GI clamp including connected accessories and bracket made of GI pipe 50mm dia bore, light grade, 1.25 m long, bend to shape with two sets of MS flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make Philips : cat pat No BRP409 LED060HENRPC S1PSU GR or equivalent in Wipro cat part No LR02-501-XXX-57-XX / Havells cat part No ENDURACITYLINERNEXGENSL 45WLED757 SASYBOPC, sample as approved by GE.

Supply and laying, connecting, testing/ commissioning power cable in repairs, PVC insulated screened PVC bedded, unarmoured, sheathed, electric power cables 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm 3 core with and including non metalic PVC FR, heavy duty conduit of suitable size (20mm dia or more), with shaddles complete all specified and directed. Note: Mode of measurement 1.5 Sqmm 3 core cable with PVC conduite shall be measured as one length.

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral enclosure in repairs, with a two pin and earth plug and socket 20 Amp with one single pole MCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosures in repairs, double door, for DBs when MCBs to be used 240 volts 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar single pole and neutral fixed on wall by cutting chasing and making good to the disturbed surfaced board in and including copper lugs/thimbles duly crimped for connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SP in repairs, 240 volt, 6 to 32 Amps, C series, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN in repairs, 240 volt, 40 to 63 Amps, C series, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level connected to GI strip of size 25mm X 4mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point all as specified incl excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil incl 40 mm bore GI tubing, medium grade and necessary fittings for protection of GI strip incl laying of charcoal dust and common salt PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate earth pit with 40x40x6mm MS angle iron frame, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6 mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, plastering 15mm thick CM (1:6) internally and upto 150mm below ground level externally, PGI funnel with 20mm dia GI pipe med grade for watering and wire mesh complete all as specified and shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connected to earth test incl testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) GI watering pipe of 20 mm bore light grade and earth lead protection pipe upto 7.5m , 50 mm bore (light grade) GI pipe shall be including in the unit rate quoted. (ii) Additional material if any required shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing aluminum strip, in repairs, 25 x 4 mm with saddle / porcelain insulator and fixing screws etc. on roof / wall and connecting to test point etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 10 way / 10 module Polycarbonate PVC transparant / Flame retardant high grade engineering plastic Meter Box (suitable for Single phase Electric Meters) complete including dismantling, connection of existing meter, removal of meter and refixing the same in box and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 12 way / 12 module Polycarbonate PVC transparent / Flame retardant high grade engineering plastic Meter Box (suitable for Single phase Electric Meter) complete including dismantling, connection of existing meter, removal of meter and refixing the same in box and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.
