Replacement of sheet metal enclosure, SPN type with two pin & earth plug and socket (Industrial type DB) with and including one MCB SPN, C Curve type of capacity 32 Amp, 10 kA, complete all as specified and as directed.

LT underground cable XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strip / wire armoured, aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 10 Sqmm 2 core suitable for earthed system laid in duct / trench / along pole / wall etc including making connection complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : 1. The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. The excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection etc will be measured and paid separately under respective items.)

Mechanical protection to cable using old size sub class 'B' bricks, laid flat, dry, butt jointed, laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable in trenches to cover under ground cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level, with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth wire 4mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts to earth test point including necessary PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit, cover frame, GI pipe 15mm dia light grade for protection of earthing lead and GI pipe 20 mm dia for watering pipe with funnel, wire mesh, salt, charcoal dust and excavation, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable meter cabin of any size and any type and Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of meter cabin panel mounted on angle iron frame 40mm x 40mm x 5mm, grouted in PCC floor, outdoor type for 415V, 3 phase of suitable size, double door, made of 3.16mm thick CRCA sheet, weather and vermin proof with neoprin gasket, factory fabricated, CPRI approved, front & back openable hinged doors with locking arrangement on both sides, powder coated, with individual compartments for MCCBs with 400 Amps rated bus bar, having side and bottom cable entries including making cable connections from existing feeder with provision of thimble/lugs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge, comprision of the following:-

(a) MCCB DPX 250, 4P, 320 Amps, 36 KA, thermal magnetic, Make : Legrand, Cat Part No. : 422063 - 01 No. or equivalent in L&T/Schneider/Havells.

(b) MCCB DPX 250, 4P, 200 Amps, 25 KA, thermal magnetic, Make : Legrand, Cat Part No : 420228 - 03 No. or equivalent in L&T/Schneider/Havells.

(c) MCCB DPX 250, 4P, 160 Amps, 25 KA, thermal magnetic, Make : Legrand, Cat Part No : 420347 - 02 No. or equivalent in L&T/Schneider/Havells.

(d) Copper bus bar, 400 Amps rated RYBN - 01 Set

(e) MCB SPN, 40 Amps - 26 Nos Make : Legrand, Cat Part No : 408618 or equivalent in L&T/Schneider/Havells.

(g) Phase indicator lamp RYB(Set of 3) - 01 Set

(h) CT Energy meter single phase as per relevant IS and IEC standards 5-30A current rating, 244Volt 50Hz complete with all accessories-26 No. Make:-L&T Cat Part No. WM101BCSDDH or equivalent in HPL/Havells

NOTE:- For minimum fair wages ,EPF and payment to labour employed, refer Sch A Note No-17,18 and Special Condition No 5 & 21.2 of this tender. Contractor must produce all the relevent record such as payment made to labour, EPF etc at the time of payment of RARs/Final bill. No payment will be released to contrator without producing the proper record.

NOTE:- Irrespective of whatever specified elsewhere in tender documents, all the debris/waste materials produced out of above mentioned work shall be removed out of Cantonement land and disposed off at locations notified by the Delhi Cantonment Board for disposal of waste building materials within NCR area, without any extra cost to Department under own arrangement of contractors. The rates quoted by the contractors against the items catered here-in-above in the BOQ are inclusive of said provision.
