REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF STP AT MH PW DIV AND HD ENCLAVE AND COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICING OF STANDBY DG SET INSTALLED AT VARIOUS LOCATION IN INF SCHOOL AREA AND ALLIED WORK UNDER GE MIS MHOW

M&L for Testing of treated sewage water sample (biological and chemical analysis from authorized NABL accredited lab or any Govt auth laboratory). The sample of water will be collected from different Central Sewage Treatment Plant at MIS station, Mhow in suitable sterelised bottle as intimated by reputed government laboratoty and the water will be tested following complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (i) Apperence (ii) Odour (iii) Total dissolved solid (TSS) (iv) Suspended solid (SS) (v) PH value (vi) Oil & grease (vii) Ammonical nitrogen (viii) Free Ammonia (NH3) (ix) Bio chemical oxygen demand (BOD) (x) Chemical oxygen demand (COD) Note: Sample of water to be collected in Presence of Engineer-in-charge or JE E/M and Sample shall be forwarded to Lab duly sealed the sample bottle by Engineer-in-Charge. The Lab will be selected by Engineer-in-Charge and testing shall be done on every month for all pump houses.

Supply only Bleeching powder grade-I ISI marked having minimum 35% Chlorine available by mass as per IS 1065:1971 and packed in 25 Kg bag complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Poly Aluminum Chloride in Powder form, Medium Grade basically for purifiaction of water complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in-Charge.

Supply only Sodium Hypochorine Solution all as specified and directed.

Labour for taking out sludge from sand filter bed and transportation to depositing the existing plateform , cleaning of sand filter complete in side and out side removing of unwanted vegetation in sand filter complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Labour for taking out sludge from existing plateform and transportation to depositing where directed by Engr-in-Charge, cleaning of Plateform complete, removing of unwanted vegetation in plateform complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for clean dry sand (as specified for filter bed) laid in filter bed for bedding, complete all as specified directed by Engineer in charge..

Removing sedimented sludge by excavating not exceeding 75 cm deep (average) and getting out from sludge sumps, aeration tank (containing two tanks each of size 30 Mtrs x15 Mtrsx3 Mtr deep) , Clarifier, MBBR Tank, Tube setler tank and treated water tank for removing out side of MOD and deposited where directed at a place allotted by local muncial/ corporation including spreading of sufficient bleachig powder over the sluge to take all precuative health hazzored complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 08 above but sump well 6 Nos sump well each of size not less than 3 Mtr and average depth of excavation n.exc 90 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for opening choked line of sump well upto a depth of 10 mtr from ground level with necessary tool and plant to make through the sludge from one system to another complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. The T&P will be given by the contractor. 2. The contractor should be fully responsible for safety of the labour engaged during the said work.
