M&L for shifting of Air Conditioner, window/Split type capacity up to 2 TR from existing location to new location as per user requirement and installing, toping up of gas, replacement of copper tubing connecting up, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for Item No 2 :- The rate for following works deemed to be included in quoted rate :- (a) Transportation of air conditioner any type any capacity from one to other location.

(b) Fixing only base plate with necessary fixing material on stone / brick walls and as directed

(c) Fixing only outdoor and indoor units as required and directed

(d) Connecting indoor / outdoors units of split ACs with copper tubes, flairs nuts, warping suction and discharge lines with inclucating materials with necessary fixing arrangements such as bolts, nuts washers and clamps etc on walls.

(e) fixing PVC pipes 50mm dia for outlet of outdoor units to drain out dew water with necessary clamps.

(f) Fixing of wall mounting voltage stabilizer of 3 KVA to 5 KVA capacity on the wall with necessary fixing arrangements such as bolts, nuts washers and clamps etc on wall.

(g) Fixing PVC hose/ PVC pipes of 15mm sizes as reqd at site with necessary junction boxes, PVC bends etc. including two length of PVC copper cables of 4 sqmm size for electrical connection of ACs.

Supply and fix flair nut of dia 5/8", 1/2", 3/8", 1/4", 1/16" suitable for 1.5 Ton/2 Ton of split type AC complete all as specified and directed

M & L for pressure testing and rectifying the leakages found in the system of window/ split type ACs capacity up to 2 Ton capacity including vacumizing, charging and checking the gas pressure to desire level complete for satisfactory functioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note:Toping up of gas will be measured and paid seperately

S&F Hermetic sealed/Rotory new compressor for window type AC of capacity 1.5 Ton including disconnecting the electrical and refrigerant connection of defective sealed unit of window type AC of capacity 1.5 Ton and connection of all pipe line & charging of refrigerant and testing complete including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Item No 12 :- Compressor shall be purchased from manufacturer/ authorised dealer of the manufacturer. Compressor shall be in sealed condition and shall bear warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Supply and fixing front grill suitable for window type Air Conditioner of any make up to 1.5 TR capacity, including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix condenser fan blade suitable for 1 Ton / 1.5 Ton split/ window AC including taking down existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Thermostat suitable for window type Air Conditioner of any make up to 1.5 TR capacity, including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Over load relay suitable for window type Air Conditioner of any make up to and including 1.5/ 2 TR capacity, including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Blower motor suitable for window type Air Conditioner of any make up to 1.5/ 2 TR capacity including taking down existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Condenser coil after disconnecting the refrigerant connection of defective condenser coil unit of window type AC upto and including 1.5/ 2 Ton and replacing the condenser coil unit connecting the same unit with refrigerant connections complete including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix overload protector for window/ split AC 1.5/2 Ton TR capacity including taking down existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Condenser coil after disconnecting the refrigerant connection of defective condenser coil unit of split type AC upto 1.5 TR and replacing the condenser coil unit connecting the same unit with refrigerant connections complete including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair flexible PVC pipe of suitable size for indoor unit drain water of split AC suitable for any type and any capacity complete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Refrigerant gas, (R 407C/R410) suitable for cooling equipments supplied and filled complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 3 pin metal clad plug top 20 Amps, AC 230 volts for any type of AC including taking down existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repair metal clad switch socket single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20A concealed in walls complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Cat Pt No 607841 of Legrand or equivalent of Schnieder (Multi -9) or Siemens/L&T (Hegar).

Supply and fix in repair dummy nut of dia 3/8" , 1/4" , 5/8" ,1/2" suitable for 1.5 Ton/2 Ton of split type AC complete all as specified and directed

S & F PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 3 core 2.5 sq.mm, including connecting up and taking down existing unserviceable cable of any description and size complete all as specified and as directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of Dehumidifier 230 volts single phase, 50 Hz, Model- FFB-170 Make : Bry Air including checking of airflow line, setting of safety valves, vibration and abnormal noise check, cleaning of air filters, checking functioning of valves by the original manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. Location – SRE, SES Bldg.-2 Nos

Note for Item No 29 :- (a) The contractor shall make AMC contract with the original manufacturer of equipment and the repairs/maintenance shall be carriedout through the original manufacturers only.

(b) Cost of any minor items to be replaced is included in the item rate quoted.

(c) Payment shall be made thrice for the period of 11 months proportionately.

M & L disconnecting electric connection from defective blower/ fan motor and taking out from unit capacity 8.75TR of existing make and transporting to workshop after getting the gate pass from Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling the burnt winding & rewinding of 1/6 to 1/8 HP double shaft blower motor with the existing size of super enemelled copper winding wire as per maunufactrer instructions including insulation, varnishing, greasing, testing complete and transporting back to the location from where it was disconnected and refixing the same and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of Outdoor fan motor suitable for small shaft condensing coil including blade suitable for ductable AC of 8.75TR complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling the transformer from the stabilizers of 5 KVA and removing the old / burnt transformer and replaced with new transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair of following spare parts for 4 KVA to 5 KVA capacity stabilizers complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Relay set ( set of two )

(b) PCB ( Printed circuit board)

S&F in repair Digital voltmeter 0-250volt for voltage stabilizers any type as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and strip opening of old unserviceable sealed unit compressor of any make from cassette type air conditioner by disconnecting cooling and condensor copper pipe and electric connection carefully and S&F new scroll compressor of capacity 4 ton including charging of refrigerant gas R-22/ R-407C upto required cooling and connecting all the copper pipes, electric connection and testing the AC complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply and charging refrigerent gas will be measured and paid seperately under relavent items

Taking down of defective evaporator unit of 4 TR capacity Cassette type AC and supply & fixing new evaporator unit of the same capacity (Make: Toshiba/ LG/ Totaline or equivalent) with blower motor, front grill and connecting the copper tubing by brazing, detecting leakage, rectifying the same and recharging with refrigerant gas as required to obtain adequate cooling complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Supply & charging of refrigerant gas will be measured and paid for separately

S&F condensing unit of Cassette type AC of capacity 4 TR capacity condensing/ outdoor unit complete with condensing coil, coil frame, wiring kit, starting and running capacitor, relay, condensing/ outdoor motor with blade complete including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply and charging of refrigerent gas will be measured and paid for separetly.

S & F liquid line drier filter suitable for 4 TR cassette type AC with necessary brazing work and charging the refrigerant after replacing the liquid line filter to obtain adequate cooling complete including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply and charging refrigerent gas will be measured and paid seperately under relavent items.

S & F outdoor fan motor suitable for small shaft condensing coil including blade suitable for cassettte AC of 4 TR complete including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F thermal relay 15A, 230 Volt, single phase suitable for cassette type AC of 4 TR capacity complete including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for carrying out pressure leak test of 4 ton cassette type AC whenever required by nitrogen gas pressure for detecting leakage in cooling/condensing unit refrigerant pipe and repairing the leakage by welding or brazing of condensing/ cooling unit, refrigerant pipe and putting under pressure for leakage checking after repair of leaking pipe flushing out by N2 and CTC/ vaccumization complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Supply & charging of refrigerant gas R-22/R-407C will be measured and paid for separately

S & F multi capacitors 36 µfd for cooling appliances and including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F multi capacitors 50+2 µfd for cooling appliances including taking down existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs on distribution board MCCB four pole, 125 Amp ultimate breaking capacity 25 KA, 415V including connecting by using suitable size of lugs complete conforming to IEC -61439-1 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs on distribution board MCCB three pole, 63 Amp ultimate breaking capacity 16 KA, 415V including connecting by using suitable size of lugs complete conforming to IEC -61439-1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Double pole MCB 32 Amp, 240 V, 50 Hz AC suitable for ‘C’ curve, 10 KA breaking capacity complete conforming to IS 8828 of 1996 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC tape roll self adhesive of size 1.90cm x 0.125mm x 25m. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sub main wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded copper conductor cable 2 runs of 4 sqmm drawn through in and incl suitable size PVC conduit and all accessories fixed to wall/floors along with 1 run of 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded cable 1100V grade as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly including taking down existing sub main wiring of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 53:- (a) 2 runs of 4 sqmm cable along with one run of 4 sqmm cable for earth conductor alongwith PVC conduit shall be measured as one length. (b) Connections of cables with MCBs or bus bars shall be done through appropriate size brass/copper thimbles.

Supply and fixing PCB (circuit plate) of in-door unit of 8.75 TR ductable split AC complete including taking down existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of defective wiring of indoor/ outdoor unit of PCB, visual eye damp plates, Supply and fixing new wiring in place of damaged items of capacity of AC 8.75 TR including matching the existing system complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of Complete wiring kit for outdoor panel of ductable AC of capacity 8.75Ton complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing AC 4 Pole power contactor three phase of capacity 40 Amp suitable for LG 8.75 TR capacity ductable split type AC complete including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F insulation on and around suction and discharge copper tube of size 3/8"/ 5/8" with 6mm thick flexible thermocol heat resistance duly wrapped with sticking tape and finally covered with flexible PVC conduit of 50mm bore complete including taking down existing damaged one complete all as specified and as directed.
