Schedule 'A' Section - I

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un- reinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc. 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified .

Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 as in retaining walls abutments brought upto course complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3.00 above but "except stone" complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping, bands, plinth courses, parapets etc like incl weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered throating complete all as specified.

M&L raised pointing old and new surface in CM (1:4) to random rubble square/ polygonal rubbles uncoursed or brought upto courses stone masonary complete all as specified.

Precast cement concrete Type C-1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bond stones for stone walling etc setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed 110mm dia as weep holes in retaining wall,complete all as specified.

M&L for boulder filling dry, hand packed tightly ,as in back filling of retaining wall.

Demolition of cement concrete (un- reinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc. 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified .

Providing , Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate )in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in roof, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

Material & Labour brick work with sub class 'B' bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg/Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) with water proofing compound (External surface), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for preparation of Newly plastered surfaces of walls incl cornices, chajjas, sun shades etc. and applying two coat of cement base paint (1st quality) with and incl curing the surfaces and curing the same after application of cement base paint (tint as approved by GE) over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismentling of one way Trellis work (Jafri), including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately.

Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), Type B 0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate ) set in cement morter 1:4 in cluding all mould- ings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measur ed separately and paid for under item 18.00).

Providing precast cement concrete in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks Type B1 1:2:4 20mm graded aggregate set in cement morter 1:4 (for use with ma sonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces,including cham fers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In Charge .

Amount of credit of Rs. 241942.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
